Footlocker Sent The Wrong Shoes

Never bought shoes online before except recently. Bought a pair of Adidas adios which I found were uncomfortable and my heel slipped. So I bought some ultraboosts from footlocker but the wrong colour was sent and the ones I was after aren't available anymore. I tried calling them but they never picked up. I bought something else to make it $150 for free shipping so now I have to buy a box or satchel to return these and pay for shipping for a new pair if I wanted to go half a size down because someone couldn't distinguish black from grey? What do people recommend?

Never been a big online shopper, especially shoes and I don't think I'm going to do it ever again. I've always worn Nike's, just gone instore, try it then buy it and they've always been good. Upon wearing ultraboosts for about 5 minutes my ankles have started to ache, is this normal? I'm wondering if I should go half a size down as my heel is still slipping or just forget Adidas all together.

    If they sent the wrong product it would generally be expected that Foot Locker would pay for any costs associated with returning the product. Often with online shopping the bags/boxes can be reused to return products by just getting a return shipping label from the retailer.

      It was a plastic bag, can't be reused

      Several times, sometimes they picked up but immediately hung up

    If they can't, chances are other people won't be able to either.

    Just wear the ones you have? I don't like your chances of getting a fast turnaround right now.

    Usually better to contact on facebook. Did you use paypal to pay? I had issues with swapping a size from Hype DC as they didnt do exchanges with Paypal purchases.
