        Thank you for your reply but like posted by one of the users, your mattress doesnt have side support feature which is a must for me .
        Limited warranty details are not listed as well. Very vague on your site store

          For a firm edge support, you can try our Hybrid range or MHPBT range at our Outlet Store. I can let you know the detail via DM. That said, I have forwarded the feedback to our design team regarding support. They will address the issue and refine the range.

          As for warranty, We call our warranty the Zinus handshake.
          We strive really hard for perfection, but despite our best efforts, mistakes do happen. In case there are any faults in the materials you receive or any kind of manufacturing defect, we'll make sure you are taken care of.
          When the product has been properly used by the customer according to the care instructions, you will have no problem with the warranty claim.

      All the pocket spring mattress would have similar behaviour when you sit on the sides. Look at its structure The outer layer won't be good at supporting your full weight.
      Try sitting a bit further in and see the difference

        Re. our pocket springs, Unlike most manufacturers, Zinus uses high wire gauge spring units that provide firm support. It's more expensive to make, but it performs much better for you at home. That gives a large sleep surface, and great back support. If you specifically need a strong seating edge, then try our Hybrid or (what are we calling the new MSHPBT range) mattresses which feature additional full perimeter edge support, usually only found on mattresses costing significantly more.

      I own 3 of the Zzz Atelier Black label mattress (3 different sizes)
      Outstanding quality for the price

      Had my King for nearly a year. I always sleep on one side. No sign of wearing or sagging

    I just bought one of the Hybrid mattresses. I'll have to wait till it's delivered to rate. But thankyou it's gotten us out of a pinch, with the croney going around we've had to move and steady with parents… on their 30yr old spare mattress.!

    Cheaper than shipping ours from storage inter state. Cheers
