Always washed my hands for more than 20 seconds even before. How else do you clean between the nails and fingers?
chew them off = little problem cleaning

if you want to test your skills, apply peanut butter on your hands then clean.
Shit might be better so no-one is tempted to lick their fingers if they don't clean it all off first go!
haven't been washing my hands any more than I use to.. as i haven't left the house to go anywhere public and touched anything that wasn't in the house a few weeks ago
I was a germaphobe before I started working from home, but have now relaxed up a little bit (still washing with soap and water, but it's probably 10 seconds).
For most of my working career (~30 years) I've washed my hands often and extensively. Most of my career has been IT but working on manufacturing sites with lots of stuff you don't want on your hands plus the general dirt and grime that tends to accompany those sort of environments. Believe me, once you get bittering agent on your hand and incidentally touch your lip you become very fastidious about washing your hands.
I never use to carry a hand sanitiser but now I do. Other than that more or less the same as before.
About 25 seconds in the microwave with door off to kill any living thing inside!
Also, 5G causes coronavirus! Tinfoil hats are in shortage in my area. It COULD happen to you.
