    My LiveConnected contract is now over and signed up with TPG ADSL2+ a couple of months ago. The 13/18 exclusion was one of the only things stopping me from switching over as well as the improved LC interface. I wouldn't mind staying with LC, however the inclusion of international calls is making TPG too tempting. Is there any chance of LC including international calls as well? if they do I will stay… if not… I am going to churn… will give LC a week or so unless they otherwise indicate they will match them.

      Here's the features of TPG's Medium plan, definitely ahead of LC's Pioneer Medium.

      $550 TPG to other networks + 1.5GB Data + Unlimited Calls to TPG Mobile & Home Phone + Unlimited Access to specific Social Networking sites + Unlimited Calls to TPG Support (13 14 23) + free voicemail retrieval :)

      International calls are included in the $550 cap, technical support via both phone and email, plan change is free whilst LC charges $16.

    I had 3 services with tpg, called them 2 months ago when live connected brought out their deals and asked if they had anything in the pipe line to match, they said no so I switched. Too late as they have lost me even tho some things are better with their offer there are lots I now don't like about tpg from being with them for 4 years, needing credit in advance, their crap off shore customer support, etc etc etc

      They use Optus and I get 4mbps pretty much anywhere in Melbourne.

    Is anyone able to tell me with TPG, when it says "Unlimited calls to TPG Mobile & Home Phone", does that mean "TPG Mobile and TPG Home Phone" or does it mean all home phones?

      TPG home phone. Otherwise it counts as normal national landline.
