  Anyone else having issues getting the machine to work? I followed the instructions for first use, the machine doesn't want to pump the water from the tank. The tank's plug is not obstructed and I can use my finger to push up the spring loaded plug to get water through, so there's something wrong with the machine itself. Going to get Philips warranty to look at it but just wondering if it's just me?

    Had that problem on the first use. Made sure the water tank was seated into the slot properly, and has been good since.

  Finally received machine this week - what's everyone's thoughts?

  I've made a couple of coffee's and found both to be bitter (1st time pod user) - bought the Columbian Espresso (10 intensity) and Suspremo (8 intensity) - only using the Espresso setting but overall i'm not really impressed in the quality…

  Anyone else care to comment

    Yeah, it's very bitter. I guess over-extracted. You have no control over how it makes the espresso at all aside from size, so not much can be done. Just add water I guess.

    The pods arrived on 07 MAY 2020. I was patient all this while, as the parcel has been sitting at "Somerton VIC" for over a week now. Finally raised a missing item ticket on Auspost this afternoon. Hope to get an update soon.
