    So I didn't read to much into what I purchased and have realised I probably should have gotten the one with the carpet attachment.. can anyone tell me what happens if you just use the regular one over carpets ? It surely still does something but maybe not as a good job?

    P.S most of my house is just tiles it's just the bedrooms which are carpet

        When I try to do the carpet in the room I'm unsure if the original head works. It looks like the material used in the original head doesn't "brush" the carpet well?
