I need a printer to print forms that are usually 5 to 6 pages
needs to print double sided
Doesn't need to be flash or colour
No need for wireless
want to print plenty of forms
ideally can load plenty of paper/ more than 100 sheets
something not expensive but durable
Need a good printer to print Black & White forms

Just get a laser that prints double sided. I got a colour one with wifi and all the silly things for a bit over $200, so you should be able to do under that.

Cheap and works well (so far for me) Generic toner is affordable too
Rock solid printer. I got rid of mine because I wanted a multi function so I could scan as well, but I kind wish I had held onto this one (or whatever the equivalent was at the time).
Generic high output toner only $15 on ebay. Wish I had bought the double sided one in hindsight. Does what you need with no issues. Although some have had set up issues with wireless I think.
Brother 1210W
I think that with Brother printer model numbers, a W at the end means wireless, and a D means duplex. That suggests that your 1210W does not do double-sided printing, which the OP wanted.
Any cheap laser printer is by far your best option
With refill cartridges costing around $15 delivered on ebay and with a capacity of 1500 pages they are a no brainer
No messy ink eitherI disagree with the 1,500 page thing.
I'd be looking at something in the 3,000 plus range… I'd even go a bit further and maybe get a small workgroup unit that has 5,000+ if you're going to be doing this day to day…
I hate changing carts and buying carts when you can do it half as much.
A printer will work just fine for your needs.
