    • What is the code ? Fingers shaking didn’t manage to copy the code and it’s gone now :(

      • PFF900

      • COde is PFF900

    • Congratulation, lucky you!

  • OOS

  • +1

can't believe i missed it - sold out in 30 seconds - spent a couple of seconds to check address and shipping methods etc lol

  • +1

Gone instantly :( Made it to cart at least

  • All gone for 10AM

  • +1
    • will it normally be the same link next time round?

      • yep! good luck for the future round!

  • code PFF900
    sold out

  • Alright, first batch, gone in SECONDS.

  • Zooooooooom!!

  • Sold out within seconds. I managed to get one in my cart but then it failed during checkout saying not enough stock.

    • Same
Literally seconds. I was quick as well

      • Standard thing.

People upviting those deals are either new here or they must have an army of bots to get them those deals. Or they like lotteries and sometimes they get lucky.

        Otherwise lots of frustration.

    • Click buy it now. Don't add to cart. If it stops on the confirm and pay then don't touch it again until about 2 seconds before next drop. Then click confirm and pay until it says paid. The confirmation loading time takes seconds but clicking it just before drop might mean it goes through right on the dot. Hope that helps.

  • Sold out. will the code change or same code?

  • Surprisingly easy this time, people should be able to get one later today for those that really want it…

  • Was it local or overseas stock?

    • Says US stock with US plug

    • I didn't check - but same seller as the US Apple Watch. So almost 100% it is overseas.

    • US stock

    • Description says "This item is a USA model with a US AC Plug" lol so many replies

    • Added more information to the description.

  • Same seller as the Apple Watch which still hasn't shipped from last Monday and says no stock until at least the end of this week (I wonder if I will be getting another OzBargainer's return). PFF900 is the code.

    • Yes exact same response to me as well, no stock until the end of this week.

    • My order shows dispatched and it's arriving tomorrow finally after a week.

  • OK SEE YOU IN 2 HOURS

  • damn bloody ebay asked for password which cost me 3 seconds and mssed out.
why do i bother with this ebay clickbait lol

  • +8

Why do I have to enter a code when I'm an ebay plus member?

    • +1

Because everyone is an ebay plus member in Ozbargain :(

      • -1

        Honourary temporary 1month member :)

  • And I thought I was quick …

  • Damn, that was quick.

  • +1

Got 1, Thanks all OP for tips and tricks, this one lasted actually longer, 29 seconds

    • Good to see someone got one

      • managed to get within 21 seconds. Just wanted to say that no Bots no scripts, anyone can do it if you are all prepared and fast enough to go through the process.

  • +1

US stock ummm i will pass

  • -6

would there be alot of demand if you decide to resell for $400+?

    • when the market is flood with it… NO!

      better a gift to kids

    • +1

Hardly worth it, especially if you try on ebay but the entire profit will go in fees and then some

      • Also US stock is worth less 2nd hand

        • Is local warranty honoured on US stock?

          • @Jackson: 1 year normal Apple warranty and the second year is unknown. You have the legal right to a second year but its what ever the seller comes up with.
Could be OK, could be a world of BS. Its unknown

  • Looking at time stamps you would of needed to complete the order process within 27 seconds to have secured one.

    • That included the payment processing which can be some time on its own.

  • +1

Epic failed. I typed PFF90 instead of PFF900. Need to check my eye sight.

    • +1

Never type, always copy and paste if you want to stand a chance..

      • I know but sometimes trying to copy from an advertising banner goes into the link. So I didn't want to risk that.

        • +1

i typed and i got it, if it's any consolation :)

          • @metalvalour: Gratz!

I hope to get it at 12pm. I am locked and loaded. Just hope it's a blessing in disguise.

        • You don't copy from the banner, you copy from the product page where it says "Pay only xx", when you hover over it there's the code.

          • @amiski: I need to sharpen my skill on that next time. I didn't do it because sometimes I don't see the code in that page. Is it because some sellers don't post the code?

            • @DarkOz: No it’s always there but it has a second or two delay in loading, I think it’s sees if you’re eligible.

        • Type that code into Google search or anywhere. Then copy it so it's on your clipboard.

  • +3

Says US stock however it is an Australian reseller and shipping from NSW. Therefore it is covered under the ACL so the only inconvenience would just be the US plug

    • +1

and world of BS in second year dealing with reluctant seller warranty

  • the same seller that selling the grey import apple watch, i hope this is local stock. doubt it though, also the packaging is quite poor from this seller, no extra protection on package just a plastic wrap.

    • Description says "This item is a USA model with a US AC Plug"

    • But the listing says warranty to reach out to the seller locally for the 2nd year.

    • 100% not local stock. It says so in the listing.

  • will it be the same code and item at 12pm?

    • Yes

    • Did you manage to load it in cart and can you still see the cart ready for payment?

      • nope

        • Ok, this is what you should do for a chance to get one.

Make sure your account has previously used a credit card for payment. This will ensue the next time you pay it will be as quickly as possible.

At the 12pm drop. Click buy now and apply the code to get the item in your cart with the discount. DO NOT PAY!!! You will not get it done within 10 seconds! Keep the cart ready for the 2pm drop and keep clicking the pay button until you get it.

          • @DarkOz: when you leave it in the cart, do you need to keep refreshing it so the page doesnt time out? Or can it just be left for 2 hours?

            • +1

@xaces: Do not refresh. I usually just keep it untouched and also take a photo of the URL. You can transfer the cart to another computer. I am at work now and loaded it up. I finish work and login to Ebay and recall the cart for payment for the next drop.

              Good luck!

  • Didn't see any deal posts linked in here, by the time the page loaded it was gone.

  • +1

    US PLUG

  • Wow gone in 29 seconds!!

    • +1

29 seconds is actually the best chance for many people who doesn't know the OzBargain trick for next drops. It will be 13 seconds for the new few drops which is impossible.

      • @darkoz, do you click on F5 exactly when the clock hits 9am/12pm? or do it a second before lol

        • I prefer to spam before the drop schedule. Sometimes they update a few seconds earlier.

    • if the sold history says 29 seconds thats its like 5 seconds in real life.

  • that was just sad..

  • is an AU adapter included?

    • No AU adapter included as far as I can see from the description. If I recall correctly it will be the bigger 12W charger with removable duck head plug, so if you have AU duck head plugs you can change it, or just any USB charger you have lying around, best if over 10W, to charge the iPad at a descent speed.

  • +1

Are you all getting the warranty addition message which means 1 more click delaying the checkout? Any way to disable it?

    • Yes that and the $14.99 shipping.

    • yeah I got that too. Really surprised that I was able to get one.

  • +1

Damn it’s US, didn’t realise. Will prob just cancel order then.

    • Only downside is the US AC plug, other than that, no issues.

      • Worse warranty, lower resale value

    • Why is this a dealbreaker for you? Is there even a difference between the US and AU versions? (other then the plug which you can fix by getting a wall adapter)

      • There's no difference other than plug. If you really wanted one, this wouldn't stop you.

      • -1

It was for a gift, looks dodgy giving a US one.

        • BS you were just gonna sell it werent ya ;)

    • +3

dont cancel .. give it to someone who needs it.. there are many here…

  • Will the code change for the next round?

  • -4

32gb is peanuts, but it'll be a good flip if you can get one

    • If all you do is stream data over Wifi, 32GB is sufficient.

  • +1

Got one! The warranty pop up was unexpected and I nearly accepted it lol

    • +3

That cursed warranty pop up lost me some precious seconds and the chance to get one this round ! haha

    • What warranty pop ? Do teach….

      • It's just a random screen that comes up on eBay when you place an electronic item into your cart. It's to ask the potential buyer if you want a warranty extension
