1660 Super is probably best bang per buck.
I'm very happy with my $260 Gigabyte 1650 Super. It get's the job done.
I won't say wait 4 months, but can you wait around a few weeks? Looks like deals for $349-$400 seem to come up on the regular for the 1660s
