I have one of these in my wallet. Usually use it for import beer but once the kitchen can opener snapped in my hand so I opened it with the blade on this tool (took a while but hey!)
bought one last year (for less than $1) and left it in my wallet. never used it once. was the reason why my wallet slowly disintegrated (because of its sharp edges).

I prefer to have any of my swiss army knifes or leatherman multitools with me as a survival tools althought they cost a lot more.

We used to make these things in design and technology class back in school. I still have one I made sitting in my drawer after 15 years or so, never used it once. lol.
