I thought spotlight isn't considered a essential service
They're allowed to trade for click and collect only.
Its similar to Bunnings. No customers unless you're a tradie but they are doing C&C.
You have a week to pick up… Not sure why you're being told 24hrs

My first world problem is that I unknowingly ordered a refill gas thinking i get a cannister.
My current one is not empty,
So I might go and swap it and pay the diff

Called another store got told, she is only packaging staff and no one in sales
wow, ive got an order that I need to ask a question, I cant get through to the store for a week,
I got a generic "if you dont pick it up within 24 hours, we will cancel and refund" msg
ive received this at least 12 times in the past 24 hours, every few hours,
looks like they are very keen on picking up my order!
Call the store… I think it was option 6 for Customer Service… And discuss your options with them :)

is your store actually doing click and collect? maybe double check the website to see if there any changes to details.
