[eBook] Free: Fu*k Fear: A Raw, Honest Guide about Showing Anxiety Who’s Boss! | Entrepreneur Mindsets and Habits @ Amazon

Aged 19, Richard Kerr’s world imploded. Struck by a never-ending sense of fear and anxiety. Life became a miserable struggle. This is the true story of how Richard discovered an unconventional technique to stand up to anxiety and embrace life again.

“Anxiety acts like it’s the top dog, but it’s not. You are. You can show anxiety who’s boss”
Packed with surprising insight, revelations and helpful strategies, Fu*k Fear offers a bold new solution for anyone looking to break free from anxiety and live life to the full.

I wrote Fu*k Fear because most books about anxiety are written by people who have never experienced it. If you haven’t lived it, you don’t know how it feels. This book is a real world, practical guide to set you free.
“A groundbreaking must-read” - Iain Todd, Author of DNF

“I am forever changed!” - Anna Louise, Australia

"Raw, refreshing and honest!"- Erika Petraviciute, Lithuania

Bad Habits No More: 25 Steps to Break Any Bad Habit

So, why is it that some individuals can shine in any sphere they choose to give themselves to, and others just cannot manage even a glimmer of success, despite their definite talents? It seems unfair, really.

But, in truth, research shows us that it's actually the way that individuals think about their potential and skills that really counts most. In fact, historically speaking, many of those who have achieved real greatness have worked extremely hard to get to their end goals. And, it's also true that many were told that they would never amount to anything at all, by friends, colleagues, family and/or peers. The difference was that they believed that they could achieve their goals and worked extremely diligently to do so. Walt Disney who created Disneyland in the USA is a prime example of an individual who never gave up on his dreams. His belief in himself (and others) was profound and inspirational, to say the least.

Of course, we'd all like to know the "magical" secret to success, but the real reality is that there are actually so many different factors that must be taken into account, to what makes one a truly successful human being. It's definitely true that hard work and dedication are so important in reaching success. But there's more to success than just plugging away, day after day. Maintaining a focus-driven mindset is pivotal, and can be the difference between success and failure, especially in the long-term.

    Thanks OP.
Ended up adding a further 27 free books to my kindle "library" by following the suggestions at the bottom of each purchase (and so on and so on).
    All 4+ star reviewed.
Hopefully I'll make more use of these than my collected udemy courses.

      It's doubtful.

No criticism of you… Share the experience of collecting books I'll never real. 100g of ebooks at least that I "found" for "free".

      I haven't read a book cover to cover in.. wow… A decade?

I'll read an article, though if you can't tell me in 20,000 words, don't tell me at all.

        You're right.
2020 has, and probably will remain, the best opportunity of my life to sit down and read. Think I've read one physical and one ebook this year. Both were very short and ultimately pretty useless (self help).
I've filled a small bookcase with physical books over the past couple of years (biographies, architecture and classic novels) and have never taken one back off the shelf. Many are still sealed in plastic.

At least my e-library has been (mainly) free.

I have the same problem with watch lists on Netflix, amazon prime etc

It's that old thing… You either have the money to buy things, or the time to enjoy them.

          Tough to have both.

The solution to everything wrong in your life: just swear at it.

Eg. Failed diy projects, paper cuts, burnt toast, the wife

"I wrote Fu*k Fear because most books about anxiety are written by people who have never experienced it." - Author, Richard Kerr.

I wonder if he has evidence to back this up. Sounds like more conjecture. I guess, from what I have read, that the author is not claiming that his approach is evidence based… evidence based beyond n=1.
