Just announced Galaxy S20 FE available in 4G and 5G variants. Comments below note that the 4G variant comes with Exynos 990 processor, whilst the 5G variant comes with Snapdragon 865

    I have a cracked screen iphone 6 plus that was offered $10 trade in. Is there a chance that they will ask me to pay $210 when they receive the phone and they realize the screen is terribly cracked?

      Fair chance your trade is returned from what i read when I did my trade. But for $10 maybe they do not bother. $200 is really just a bonus discount.

        Finally got through and have my trade ID and now it says "Sorry, due to an error, trade-in service is unavaialble at the moment" when I try to enter the code on the Samsung website to buy the phone. What a headache.

        Finally got it, had to add the phone into cart and do 'Trade in' from the cart. Seems like it is a different page for it there.

    Received the S20 FE 4G 128g today with Star Track! Spoke to Samsung and only lavender colour is being sent first. All other colours are still being transferred to the warehouse and will be sent next week on the release date.

    The Samsung S20 FE rear camera is disappointing compared to the S10 in close up (almost macro) pictures. It captures less details and the colours are less true to nature than the S10. It was a big mistake to trade up when the camera is pretty bad.

        Yes we have comparisons but not sure how to upload them. We've tried the different camera modes on the S20 FE for close close up shots of jewellery (10 to 15cm distance) and there is a large difference in quality. Unfortunately this is the mode we used most often for close up product photos.

        I'll need to check with Samsung to see the penalty of not returning the S10 for the trade up. If it will be just the phone value of $300 or the $200 bonus as well =(

            @ttl: I applied for the trade in. They said they would send me a return package in 5 days but it’s been almost 2 weeks now. They sent me an email on Friday last week saying they haven’t received the tradein phone from me. Told them I haven’t got any return package. Still waiting for a reply from them.

      Hmmm camera is a tricky one to test. I'm an Android guy but i think iPhone still got the edge in the camera dept. Got note 10+ but not as impressed tbh camera wise.

        If the camera is important to you, the only benefit with the Samsung S20 FE is the selfie camera. Swap if you like to take selfies, but the rear cameras aren't much different and worse for macro photos.

      Keep hitting it for several minutes.
      And as someone else mentioned, if you try to enter the reference number during purchase and it says it is "not available", choose to "do it later" and enter it during checkout.
      It's a flaky process…..

Let's say if it's a direct swap, will i enjoy the s20 fe 256GB better? S pen for note 10+, snapdragon for s20 fe. And another thing pulling me back is i hate that there's no 3.5mm in note 10 so will be same hatred with no 3.5mm in fe.
