Just noticed a 20% ish price drop to what seems to be a pretty good price and cheapest seen on the camels. Ensure you select Amazon AU as the seller.

The SanDisk Extreme Pro cards have a claimed read speed of 170MB/s and a write speed of 90MB/s. In the testing seen in the link below shooting uncompressed RAW these cards have an in-camera write speed of around 75MB/s.

Please read the comments. Some buyer have stated, misleading speed.
Also Sold by JAMES ALAN GREEN AU. Not by SanDisk. I think I would wait.

As noted in description it is fulfilled by Amazon AU. Ensure correct seller selected.

Amazon is not responsible for counterfeit or inferior products sold by others. I bought my previous cards from Sandrisk - Amazon US and have tested the speeds and they accurate. I would be hesitant to buy when there are many reviewers are saying speed is an issue. Speed is super important to me.

That’s still a slow card for anyone needing a decent write speed.

    • +1

Yes it’s almost half the read speed, and writing is where it counts most

      • "writing is where it counts most"

Except when you're reading from the card.

        • +1

Sure, but what’s a worse issue.. hitting your buffer limit because the card can’t write fast enough to flush the contents… or waiting a little bit longer for the contents to download to your computer.

    • For a UHS-I card it’s one of the fastest, hard to compare it against UHS-II cards

    • Listing defaults to the cheapest seller I think so that’s the price of the third party seller. I would have posted that price but the seller doesn’t have any feedback yet so wouldn’t recommend.

  • Back-ordered on Amazon AU, and price is back up to $68.90

  • Decent cards; I bought a spare 64GB the other day for my 5D IV.
When you're shooting long exposures, write speed is irrelevant :)

  • Card speed test report https://www.cameramemoryspeed.com/reviews/sd-cards/sandisk-e…

170MB/100MB seq read/write can only be achieved by SanDisk UHS-I Card Reader SDDR-C531.
