Yep, was 150 ish a few weeks back. I got a first gen Megaboom from the UK for 129 around the same time. Paired it up with my existing one. Amazing!
I got last gen wonder boom from bigw on clearance for around $30 :)
Even the little one sounds great.
I got 2 of these from the Heineken promo a while ago to replace my Sony XB30's, ended up selling them and keeping the Sony's as they did not sound as good. They sound ok but if you like bass, they are a bit lacking. They boost the upper bass to try to fake it, but lack actual real low down bass. Most people may not notice though.
Did you EQ it or leave it flat?
Tried EQ but didn't make much difference, the speaker is just not capable of delivering anything below about 100Hz as per some testers have shown on YouTube, whereas the Sony's get down to about 50Hz. The UE is fine for casual listening but if you have any audiophile tendencies whatsoever, you will pick up it's lack of real bass.
Any good deals on the UE Boom atm?

Amazon has same (different colour though) for $174.07, which i got about 2 weeks ago for ~$160…
The lowest price was around 129 last year. Hope that price comes back
