  • Pizza Hut 50% cashback promotion starts 4:00pm AEST 02/10/20 and ends 10:00pm AEST 02/10/20.
  • Cashback is capped at $15 per member account and limited to one (1) transaction per member. Subsequent transactions may track and will be declined.
  • Order must be completed online via Cashrewards and paid by credit or debit card at online checkout (not in-store). No cash payments.
  • Cashback is eligible on pickup or delivery orders. There is no minimum spend requirement.
  • Cashback is eligible on the use of all Pizza Hut promo codes.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the Pizza Hut app.
  • Cashback is ineligible if used in conjunction with Zip Pay or other 3rd party promotional offers.
  • Cancellations or changes to any order will result in cashback being declined.
  • Fraudulent activity will result in rewards being forfeited and accounts closed.

Pizza Hut cashback tracking should take no longer than 30 minutes. Ensure you disable 3rd party plugins and don't click away to other sites after clicking from Cashrewards (feel free to try our recently updated mobile app). If tracking fails, please lodge a claim after 7 days via your click history ensuring you upload the Pizza Hut emailed invoice and the team will take care of it for you.   • This time I ordered through the Cashrewards mobile app and the cashback was successfully tracked.

  • disappointed again. did not track my last order and looks like its on track for the same fate. its been 2 hours since the order and again no tracking as yet. its in click history like last time but i really doubt it will track. followed all the directions as stated. ordered through google mobile browser. i hope that isnt the problem. fortunately this time i have all the order details and receipt so hopefully will be able to lodge any enquiry. not worth the effort in my opinion. something is not right.

    • Likewise, I can see it under "my rewards" on the cashrewards website, as soon as I had closed the Pizza Hut tab.

      Last time, a week ago, it didn't track for me (enquiry in progress), and I used PayPal that time. This time I gave my credit card details to Pizza Hut, and no trouble tracking.

    only been ten mins but haven't gotten notification of it tracking yet and it better not have gotten screwed up by being diverted to the commbank page when it insisted on sending me a verification code to my phone etc before letting me order with my Mastercard - why does it still do this all the time gah. But so when that happened the tick went away, then the pizza hut page reloaded and the tick reappeared a split-second later but yeh..

    on the plus side, apparently it's in the oven and "Dough is rising, cheese is bubbling and it smells"

  • Previous deal didn't track even though paid for using credit card & ordered via Chrome extension but has been manually added by CR. Just placed one via mobile app, hopefully it tracks this time!

    Has also received confirmation by CR from last deal that cashback will be valid for preorder placed before deal ends if anyone is wondering

    Yep no CR tracking for this or the previous pizza hut deal, only just this morning received acknowledgement of my claim made for the first one 8 days ago, it will probably end up being honoured but CR need to lift their, and their clients game if they want to stay credible..

      It's difficult to comment why both your Pizza Hut transactions did not track without having an insight as to how you browsed/purchased. Not saying this applies to you, but we know for sure some members click from Cashrewards then inadvertently search externally for codes (or use a plugin) which kills the tracking cookie and attribution (other publishers then receive commission for the purchase). This is why I suggested using the CR app in the OP as it uses a proprietary browser and won't allow this to happen. What I can tell you is we've successfully tracked thousands of sales across both promotions without issue. Provided the terms were followed, your claims will be honoured. Thank you.

        still no tracking for mine either; could it be because at the final step I was wrenched away from Pizza Hut to be forced to click to have an SMS sent to me and then enter a code, in order to verify my commbank Mastercard, right before payment? I noticed the tick disappears when on this other page that loads, then reappears as the confirmation of my order/payment page loaded.. (using windows 7, Chrome, followed all instructions, had a tick before beginning my order (had clicked through the Cashrewards site) etc…

I'm old so maybe I don't understand how to open an app on my phone and then somehow switch to the laptop to place an order? How does that work?

The 8 day wait to have my claim acknowledged (but not approved, ok ok it takes time) suggests quite a few, but I don't want to assume. Of course I don't expect you to know how many didn't track and didn't claim.

Then this on the email from CR acknowledging my claim, 'I would also like to share with you that the top tips for ensuring your cashback tracks are to avoid coupons and loyalty discounts', maybe a promo code is not a coupon or a loyalty discount?
        I'm a fan of CR, don't mistake my feedback for criticism, It's in all of our interests to see it prosper and see less of the "my order didn't track, I can't be bothered bla bla", as rest assured any merchants looking to utilise CR will point to these statements as reasons not to give us free money!

          Hi and thank you kindly for feedback, it's invaluable. We've been transparent with our members from the outset. The auto-response email you received when lodging the claim would have stated an extended response time due to experiencing a high volume of enquiries. Not making excuses, but just want to make you aware of the reason - a recent promotion went south for us where BWS failed to track most click IDs due to a technical issue at their end. It affected all partners, but we were the unlucky ones due to the promo we had at the time (you can read about it in this thread). The overwhelming number of claims & enquiries generated off the email we sent members set our response time window back 6 days through no fault of our own. We're slowly making ground, so again apologies for the delay.

          Due to the nature of affiliate and the way it works with last click attribution, there will always be a small percentage of sales that don't track, and I wish I had all the answers all the time, but I don't. We're at the mercy of the stores, their affiliate agencies, and the technology they employ to ensure sales track as they should. What I can say is that we treat all enquiries and all feedback with the utmost respect. We want every sale to track, and we certainly want every claim to be approved - when they aren't, we receive nothing and some other publisher does (Google, Facebook, Honey, OzBargain, UNiDAYS, Instagram… the list goes on).         I've used cashrewards around 8 times in last 2 months, Tracks everything mainly as there only 20 cents each, However didn't track last 50% pizza hut deal few weeks back and same thing last night. used cashrewards ebay on Thursday for 4cent cashback purchase and tracked. same browser, same everything. sorry but i think its bit unfair to push the blame onto the users for this error that is probably with cashrewards or pizzahut. its a bit off putting going forward if its worth participating in this things if you end up having to chase a claim like this.

    • Not sure why tracking issue with some people, I have zero issues whatsoever.

      RNA, proxies,VPN,secure browsers, ad blockers, certian routers and gateways will block traffic depending on the rules.

      Mine and Mrs accounts tracks all the time

      Both pizza hut things tracked within minutes!

    2nd time no cashback tracked so this is the end of it for me unfortunately. Probably will only use normal deals

    • Don't give up, discuss with CR why it may have caused it. Better fix it than miss out on some awesome CB

    Tracking is almost instant.

    For those who don’t get tracking, you may need to work out what’s going on coz it 100% works
