[Resolved] Jetstar Wants to Charge $90 Saying It Is Non Refundable Fee

Hi
I have a flight to Hawaii with Jetstar which has now been cancelled by them.

During this whole year I have had flights cancelled and everything was fully refunded (including flights with Jetstar). This time they want to charge me $90 + $8 for processing fee.

What to do?

    Hi Diverse, I did and first agent was unhelpful, second agent was much better.

  Hey thank you for the reply, after a little threat of going to ACCC and wanting to talk to a manager they decided to refund me in full (-$8), which is okay!
