Why Losing Dark Mode in The Mobile Section?

This site keeps resetting my Dark Mode in the Mobile section?
WHY?

The other sections appear to be ok

Also on mobile there is NO Dark Mode

"My Account" and click on "Dark mode" to toggle?

Works on Chrome & Firefox, on both desktop & mobile. It uses window.localStorage to keep the dark mode setting so it's not bound to the account but bound to the device. It could loose the setting if you have instructed Firefox to clean out localStorage every now and then.
