Note that the cashback is calculated on the ex-GST value. This means it is actually 10.91% cashback on the purchase price.

      Had you selected your store first before looking at prices? The price they charge is different around the country because of bottle refunds and other crap.

    My recommendation is to always follow this procedure for any alcohol cash rewards.

    1. Go the specials page of the bottle shop.
    2. Find something you like.
    3. Compare the price against dan murphys etc.
    4. If the price of the special is substantially cheaper, then get the cash rewards back too.
