    • Yeah got that SMS yesterday afternoon around 1.30. Replied but have heard nothing since.

      • Ditto

  • Got my tv and 50 refund.

    • Did the courier company call you ? Did you get that sms to reply
      To?

      • Yeah they did.

    • Where are you located mate? Do you mean its been delivered or you ordered the TV and also go the refund?

      • I just rang the number to see where it's at cos I got the day off tomorrow. I been booked in for a Monday delivery.

        I'm in melbourne

      • I mean I've got it in my living room.

        • ox wants to know which state you're in…

          • @Danstar: All good, i rang the number and I am tentatively slated for Monday delivery (regional vic), but they will call to confirm.

  • Got my tv and $50 back! Located in Sydney.

  • What are the early impressions for those who have received the TV?

    • +3

Picture quality is surprisingly good… 3 hdmi inputs, supports CEC/ARC although I'm struggling to get ARC working 100% - TV is connected to yamaha yts1080 with arc connected and optical audio out but audio will only work on optical, not hdmi - hdmi pass through of yts1080 problematic so connected to hdmi2 on tv from vodafone tv box and hdmi port 1 to PC - works in 4k at 60hz only on that port when hdmi 2.0 is enabled in the TV menu.

Tried running the witcher - had to turn off all video blurring from the game but worked fine at 1080p without badly noticeable screen tearing like on my other TV - ran from a gaming laptop gtx1070 - not tested properly in 4k yet but full screen width not used at 60hz 4k setting…

Overall I'm very impressed with the TV, especially at this price point…

      • Small update after a few weeks….4k 60hz is working fine on hdmi1 - way better than my older 55". Games actually play well without terrible tearing!… The ARC issue is still not solved - annoying issue whereby cec control to the yamaha yts1080 powers off but then powers back on the tv….. correct timing to power off a 2nd time with the tv remote is required…NOTE: I've still never used anything onboard - I used the external tv box and PC (I expect the onboard tuner works but very rarely watch TV)… The issues whilst frustrating are expected so I'm quite happy with the purchase….

        • I never used Freeview before, but the missus wanted to watch something on 9now. There are times when Freeview just won't show up on the screen lol.

Have to turn off TV and see if it wants to start up after that

  • Got call this morning, delivery scheduled for Monday. Melb Metro.

    • Monday came and no tv. Bummer 😕

  • Got mine today and have quickly setup. Quite fast menu compared to my TCL and older Kogan Tv

Picture on Gemini man looks as good as it does on my 4K Samsung and TCL and have only quickly adjusted picture settings.

  • Also. The hdmi is set to 2k for some reason. Had to change it to 4K (2.0)

  • Got it today, I don't think I will buy nothing larger than 55" it was a challenge set it up by myself.

  • Got the TV. Pretty happy for that price.

Does anyone have a remot code for it for Fetch TV ?

Have tried a few but cant get it

    cheers

  • For those who got the TV, does it have the 'Kogan' logo on it? According to the picture there isn't, just wanna double check. Hope this deal comes back again.

    • bottom left corner of pic in small text ? I got this tv for my parents and set it up just buy myself.. I think 65" is too big..

      • Oh yeah see it now, thanks~ I was focusing on the centre as logos usually are there. Shame I'd actually prefer it without any logos at all.

        • I dont think you would notice the logo when your watching tv ? bezel is pretty narrow.

          • @Dr Techno: I didn’t even see it till someone said where it is and I’m sitting in front of it
