Logitech G900 Double Click Issue - How Did You Deal with Logitech Support?

My Logitech G900 is starting to have double click issues and I have been in contact with Logitech support and have provided evidence etc but now they want the receipt from where I purchased it but I don’t have it as it was a gift and I think it would be out of warranty.

I just wanted to know if anyone have any experience in dealing with Logitech support and had successes in getting a replacement without receipt and if so, how did you do it.

  • Did you actually follow all the resolution steps? I had the double click issue and it appears to have been fixed via software update, ie. update all your software and drivers.

    • Yup, Logitech support sent me a list of resolution step and one was to download the new software GHub and make sure the mouse doesn’t need an update etc etc.

      They also directed me to a website to detect double clicks and filmed it and sent it to them.

  • Has the same issue with my Logitech mouse now I use a $10 mouse.
