    I managed to order from JB 2 min ago but still didnt get email confirmation? its been 2 minutes now. Money went from my bank account just waiting for email confirmation. How long does it take?

      Just screenshot the confirmation page and go about your day IMO

      EDIT: just got a confirmation email after around 30 minutes.

        Keep click between Delivery and Click n Collect and let it load. Wait until the error message disappear if you are lucky.

        I finally got from JB Hifi. I hope. No confirmation email yet but I have an order number.

        I did the clicking between click & collect and delivery for ages with no luck. So after seeing people had success with C&C I stuck on that screen and just kept re-entering my postcode and hitting "find location". Eventually I found my store. I still got errors further on but at least that got me past that hump. I'm surprised I didn't lose it from my cart.

          Yes i've been doing that since 10:59 when i added it to cart, and after 55 minutes it's gone to this https://i.imgur.com/eV1GC2A.png and is stuck with a circle spinning for probably 5 minutes now.

          So frustrating, when Amazon stock was available every time i added it to cart or buy now it just reloaded the page with nothing in the cart. Gamesmen are also stuck spinning in a loop.

          Ebay scalpers it is i guess.

    Yay. I finally got one.

    This is what I did.
    Choose Click and Collect.
    Put Postcode in.

    Keep smashing Find Location until the shop list pop up.

    Then "We are currently experiencing problems due to overwhelming traffic on the website. Check back later on." pop up.

    Don't refresh the page and keep smashing the Find Location until you the through the payment process.

    It looks like the API to the address data is being overloaded for JB Hi-Fi. Just keep trying. It eventually worked for me and I was able to pull up the address and shipping options.

    Swap between delivery/pickup guys you'll eventually get through… I just spent 30 mins doing it and FINALLY got past the error and processed my order.

    Managed to get one through JB, spammed the buttons like crazy for like 15 minutes and managed to get the pick up store list. Fingers crossed they have enough stock for 8 December, then again it shouldn't be much later due to many people intending to gift it for Christmas.

    34 mins of refreshing the JB hifi page, using a different browser, having only 1 tab or multiple tabs, using my phone, trying different address options or click and collect, and finally got a shipping cost ($10.99) for the first time.
    Clicked through to payment options, sat around calculating for 5 seconds, then failed and took me back to the customer details page.
    RIP JB hifi website.

      I asked my local EB Games if they were getting any stock to buy on the day. They said cos they had over-sold the presales, any cancelled/unpaid preorders would just get moved through the line so I'd have no chance of picking one up today. At least JB seems to have come through for me.
