Just 4K over 32” and I have PS4, fire stick, fetch and Apple TV so no need to be anything extra.
Alright, have a look at this post I did a couple months ago.
That's just about the brand in general. Individual models are another factor. Though I would look at the list under the category of "good value brands" and "good quality brands". The ones that stick out for me are: TCL, Hisense, and Bauhn… those should be your target, Brand New, 4K, at 48in-55in size.
Timing is good, as this week there is Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. So there should be heaps of deals for TVs in-store and online (watch out for postage costs). I would focus on looking at eBay, JB Hifi, and BigW.
edit: I think you should stretch your budget up by $99, and stop worrying about all these.
