          • @OzB123: Found the package in mailbox on Sunday (after it not being there Friday night) so started the churn process.
All done by mid morning Monday.

Boost signal strength is lower (less than half) than previous Optus SIM and also the Vodafone SIM in second slot.
Previous Telstra direct SIM was also better signal - seems to be fine when using the service though.

  • Has anyone actually received theirs? I bought mine early morning on 27/11 and I haven’t even received shipping details yet. I msged cellpoint yesterday and have also checked junk email

    • Yes, received mine yesterday morning in MEL. I ordered on the morning of the 24th.

    • Purchased mine on the 25th, shipped the 30th. I'm in Brisbane and the expected ETA is the 2nd.. not holding my breath lol.

      • Hi,

Upon checking all order received on 25th were shipped on 26th evening at AU post. Just FYI… given info to us by AU post is that they had back log of 8000kgs worth of pending parcels due to flight cancellations and rescheduling of flights hence the scanning got delayed from their end. We have shipped all orders promptly via express post

        Kind Regards,
        Team @ Cellpoint

  • Rep, have also been trying to get in touch.. have sent you a message via your onsite contact form, and DMs here.

    • I tried both of those methods, still waiting for any response from them. I get people are busy but still….

I recommended this deal to one of my co workers who went ahead and purchased the 110GB deal.. luckily she received her invoice and shipping info in good time, I would have been upset that I recommended these guys and the deal went south.

That said, given the lack of communication response I have had (and have read about) I'm hesitant to recommend these guys again, or purchase…

Is there an expiry date for the extra 60GB? Or is this a permanent increase?

    • You need to activate the sim by the 1st of Feb 2021 to get the 60GB of data, then it obviously has a year from there.
