  • Missed out on the Pros. I guess using PayPal took too long

    • +1

use a credit card thats already auto filled, paypal takes way too long

    • +1

use credit card if you can, and leave in cart for next drop like others have said.

    • Got it using those tips. Thanks!

  • Just got through. eBay Transaction record says $375. Is that right and I will only be charged $249?

    • Also says $375, but order summary that was sent to my email says $249.

      • Hmm, my emailed order summary says $375 too.

        • What were your order details? After checking out, it should have came out with a screen showing your order total coming out as:

          Subtotal: AU $375.00

          Postage: Free

          Coupon, Voucher: -AU$126.00

          Total: $249.00

          • @minjixp: It does not list the voucher. Hmm.
Might have to contact titan and see what they can do, otherwise cancel.

        • check how much you got charged on your card, I got charged $375 yesterday after it went through paypal was like it removed the code, now going through the fun of getting eBay to refund the difference lol

          • @RogueWolf: Yes the buggers have charged me $375. I have messaged titan to see what they can do.

            • @entropysbane: go to ebay help & start a chat, tell them to refund the difference immediately, explain you put the code in etc.. & was charged full price

              • @RogueWolf: eBay won’t do it so going down the cancellation route.

                • @entropysbane: they will, but up to you

                  • @RogueWolf: I meant I contacted eBay and they said they can’t fix it. So I cancelled it.

                    • @entropysbane: oh ok, you can try buy again the next lot at 5pm as you haven't used the code

                      • @RogueWolf: I don't think you can buy again. I've tried getting another version of the airpods after buying the pro but I can't buy from the same seller when I high buy now.

                        • @[Deactivated]: When you’re charged full price you can cause that means the code hasn’t been used, if you’re trying to buy a different version make sure you’re putting the right code in shouldn’t have a problem unless you have purchased that particular product with a code already, you can buy one item from each deal & only use the discount code once on each

                          • @RogueWolf: I can't seems to buy the Airpods 2 after buying the Airpod Pro yesterday. I get "this listing has change or you have purchased from this seller before". I can't get pass the buy now screen.

                            • @[Deactivated]: this is the listing you should be seeing 0 available, under the insurance bit you should see Pay only AU $99.00 [ Show me how ] code for that deal is PVHDD82

next drop is available at 6pm keep refreshing the page at 5:59 hit buy now once up, add code in checkout & best of luck, likely you will miss out but if you can get it to checkout, keep it their until tomorrow if there is another deal on, just keep hitting purchase as soon as its available

                            • @[Deactivated]: Ohhh, that makes a lot of sense. I shall save my time and not have spiking blood pressure for tomorrow and monday. Thanks :)

  • Do you need to apply coupon to get the $249 price or simply buy and pay? I was able to put the item in my card and i was trying to apply the coupon but it doesn't work. anyone know why?

    • +1

yes you will need to use the coupon, not sure why it didn't work. Have you tried copying it directly from the original post to make sure its exact?

      • thanks, i think i wasn't using ebay plus account before.

        • oh yes that may have been the case

  • Does anyone know if the AirPods Pro was AU stock? Can’t seem to find the answer anywhere.

    • Does it really matter what country stock it is, they ALL come from the same factory in China.

      • You get an extra year statutory warranty with au stock.

        • Sorry if it is a dumb question, but is not enough that you have bought it from an AU store? Shouldn't the store provide you the extra year as the store operates in AU?

  • +6

gosh this is addictive - never scored anything so far and still coming back :)
I could've literally worked today and bought these things.. but that's not the ozbargain spirit I guess

  • +1

how to get rid of the insurance msg?

    • i wanna ask the same question

  • +1

literally that sold in 5 seconds

    • literally less - within 3 seconds all day!

  • About to click on check out and bammm sold out.

  • Kept on spamming pay now button didnt work

    • like from the checkout or cart page? Was going to try that myself but if you had no luck I wont bother

  • How to get rid of insurance add on message? that's ridiculous wastage of time when ordering..

  • thought i had it this time now that i've got the pods in my cart to confirm and pay.
no chance again, now i know why i read so many bad things about these deals

  • Is it fast to order through laptop or through app? anyone who was successful to order, is that was through app?

    • I managed to get one via the app

      • -1

how to go to this offer through app? do i need to search for it?

        • The offer is on front page. So I tried to place an order in an earlier round but not fast enough to order it coz u need to enter security code and voucher code. The page will stuck at “insufficient stock”, and u just leave the app on that page until the next round and hit pay button continuously until the order is placed

    • I got the pro’s through the app

  • Finally snagged a pair of AirPods 2. First try at 11am no luck. Kept it in the cart on the checkout page. Then came 1pm. Went through straight. First time doing this so pretty happy.

    • how to add in the cart? it doesn't allow me to add in to the cart at the moment.

      • +1

Read my comment below. As 6pm is the last drop for today, I would wait for tomorrow. Aim for landing in the checkout page in the first slot, then actually buying it in the second slot. Say get to the checkout page at 12pm, wait till 2pm and try to actually buy it.

  • +2

Missed out on airpods 2 for the nth time. Given up now. Anyone who bought it to sell take my $139 and give me one :)

    • $139? now they know you are desperate it'll be just under retail.

    • +1

$139? are you after the left or right ear for that price?

      • +1

Hahaha $149 if it turns someone on. Don’t mind paying the “little” extra to be able to rather spend time with kids then to deal with ebay sh*t.
And both ears please and charger too 😃

        • +1

Lol.. try the first lot today usually your best chance at grabbing a pair

  • Don't expect to be able to get the AirPods 2 the first time. Use saved CC not PayPal. Your goal is to get yourself to the checkout page with the code already applied (copy and paste) so it shows $99. You should have enough time for that. Then you will "confirm to pay" only to see it's out of stock. That's cool, just leave the page there, don't do nothing, click "confirm to pay" once in a while (I did it every 10-15 minutes) in case it times out. Then when the next drop comes, just keep spamming the button maybe 30 seconds before? I did this on desktop.

  • Got airpod pro yay!

  • I also got one, yay! :)

Even had time to update CVC code.

    Thanks everyone.

Can we get the Airpods 2 at 6pm as well, or once you have purchased the Pro you are not eligible for the other one?

  • -2

why bother, spend extra 30 and get it from jb usiny him her coles cards.

    • +1

How? $218 from JB, 15% off still $185

    • a lot of those cards are sold out across the country. unless you were one of those brodens that bought 50 in one go

      • probably in major cities, i can tell you i saw probably 5,000 worth of him her cards in my local coles….

jb sells it $329 less 15%, so ended up paying $279.65.

        • ah, for Pro, exactly!

  • Got the AirPods Pro after second try. Confirmed that staying on the checkout page with card details entered is the key. Thanks!

  • -1

can i cancel my order? i changed my mind to buy airpod 2019 not the pro ? any suggestion?

    • +1

looking at your previous comments on this post, you need to learn how ebay works first by reading through the FAQs.

  • +1

I found AirPods Pro very uncomfortable compared to AirPods 2. Also prefer the sound of the normal AirPods.

    • this is what I told everyone honestly.. AP sounds better than APP (everyone thinks APP sounds better with better bass and noise cancellation but I actually prefer the spacious open sound of AP) and you can always hear others around you.

I wish some other outlet did AP for like 150.. much harder to get AP at this bargain price than APP at this bargain price

      • you can turn noise cancelling off on the Pros.

  • -3

eBay Plus sucks. From the time I added the item to cart to clicking "Confirm & Pay" - roughly 30 secs, its already said "We noticed a problem. Please review: your items.". Sold out. Really? Is the seller dropping just 10 of these?

    • I'm starting to think it's my browser. Safari is a bit slower than chrome I think.. plus I would probably have better chance with work NBN speed than home NBN..

      • I could have done it quicker but have Paypal as preferred option selected in my ebay and then had to wait for security code from Paypal to complete the transaction. 😩. Beaten by my own security. I might change payment method to Credit Card and have details entered. Will have to wait for tomorrow ☹️☹️

    • i get that you're new to these limited quantity ebay sales and it's frustrating missing out but you have to keep in mind you're not the only one trying to snag a deal. check the purchase history if you don't believe the quantity being made available

    • +1

Its not that Ebay only dropping 10 units at a time, but there are 10000 or more people trying to get this deal as well. And those who have gotten the deal could easily create a new account to participate in this deal again. Sucks I know, but Ebay is more interested on getting people sign up for free trial rather than keeping their member.

    • No, eBay sucks

      • +1

DW, eBay gonna drop on Monday 30 November

        • Monopoly Sore Losers for $20 (100 units)
        • +3

I won't be able to get that either haha

  • +2

5 min left here we goooooo

    • this is not healthy…stress levels out of the roof, hope this is the time I get one

      • same here! all fingers crossed

      • are you on the checkout page? from last missed out time

        • sure am

          • @beefcocacola: lets do this

          • @beefcocacola: hope you had better luck I was too late

            • @Poor Ass: same here, i managed to do it in like 5 seconds but it was still too slow :(

              • @beefcocacola: yah kept smashing it but ran out of stock

when it says seller changed the listing that's when you hit check out again but missed out

                • @Poor Ass: absolutely insane how quick they went

                • @Poor Ass: No physical way of being quick enough for this.
might pick up some bots pods on ebay tomorrow

                  • @Wattles: i managed to get airpod pros but not these ones

        • yes, the first time I managed to get something from these eBay deals! All the workout at the gym doesn't get me so pumped….sad
But yeah, get to the checkout page(if you're lucky enough, stupid extra protection window), and start clicking the pay button 20-10 seconds before the time. Best of luck guys

          • @catchthemall: the thing is if you smash it too many times it boots you out

            • @Poor Ass: It hasn't happened to me, if I click the Pay button it greys out, so that's the moment I stop and I click it again when it goes back to blue. Not sure if some veterans have a better strategy, but it worked for me

  • +1

some reseller group is def proxying them.. I mean just look at the purchase history
