    Maybe consider the Oculus Quest 2 64GB. It is not on sale, but it costs 479. Maybe wait and see.

  Personally don't recommend getting the Rift S really. At its current position, the HP Reverb G2 and Oculus Quest 2 would be better deals.

  Tempted, but the Quest 2 isn't much more. The only thing is that I don't like that it's white.

  Remember Facebook won't give two hoots about old devices — the Rift S is a discontinued product.

  At the very least they'll push fixes for really bad bugs, however don't expect minor bugfixes or substantial software patches.

  Quest 2 with new V23 update looks so damn good now, 90hz, higher res, no compression with Link. Highly recommend if you don't mind Facebook.

  The Rift S is being discontinued in the spring of 2021 so if anyone is buying it, beware that it will no longer receive software updates and such. No wonder it is so cheap
