Sounds like an expensive game of pitch and putt to me. If I'm restricted to only a 5 iron, 6 iron, 7 iron, 8 iron, Pitching Wedge & Sand Wedge how am I suppose to putt?

    •

      no putt :)

its literally a closest to the pin shot, score based on how close to the pin

      •

There is a bonus longest putt hole as well.

You lose at windmill stage anyway waste of money.

Bit of a gimmick. Would rather pay $30-40 for a round at a local suburban course ratther than $49 where you are rushed to finish the 'course' in 90 minutes.

I reckon there will be a few broken seats from some stray golf balls

Normal price of $98. You can't be serious!

based on the videos online its literally hitting balls from the grandstands only ? ?!

$50 to rush through a game of "not even real golf". No thanks Jeff. You might get a maybe at $25 for the novelty factor but $50 is a bit rich. Full price is just lol.

Did this last year for my work Xmas party at GIO stadium in Canberra. Was awesome! Everyone had a great time (even the serious golfers) and would recommend it as an Xmas party option for small to medium sized teams. It’s not meant to be taken seriously and there is something about smashing golf balls off the top levels of the stadium down onto the field that you don’t get to do every day ;) so much better than a driving range :)

I got this email and was like wtf $49 no way, and full price is even a joke.
It would be fun to hit the balls into the stadium but $50, Id rather play regular golf.

Glorified driving range - except you get to hit way less balls
