Anyone placed an order for this in the last couple of days? Whats the estimated shipping date? Site now says "within 2 months", which would be very sucky if true.
Considering cancelling my 38" LG pre-order for this one, as this one seems a tiny bit better (has GSync ultimate, otherwise same specs).

  Orders on Friday night were showing within 2 months shipping but order details had a 15th December ETA.
  Not sure if that dates been revised though, mine got revised from the 10th to the 14th and my friend cancelled his order so we can't check.

      ok, so i placed an order this morning (7th dec), and shipping date is apparently 8th Dec! Arriving at mine by 10th Dec.
      Fingers crossed i dont get a revised shipping date!
      Maybe they operate their shipping on a LIFO algorithm (last in, first out) :)
      
      Just cancelled my LG 38" pre-order from Scorptec coz the date there kept slipping, and the Dell panel is slightly better and $700 cheaper. Superwin.

        @dimitryp: Don't think it's LIFO, because people ordering at midday got their monitor today. I ordered early evening, and my revised date was 8th Dec, so assuming they get more stock tomorrow and exhausted their existing stock.

        Went to MWave and picked up the LG 38WN95C in person instead, no waiting!
        Same panel, just has FreeSync instead of G-Sync, but that doesnt really matter. Paid $400 more, but really wanted to get a monitor for the chrissy holiday gaming :)
        Using it now, hurray!

    I read earlier that LiMaaa said there was a mixup with the orders (website/dell) that 40 or the 100 allocated to ebay were sent to website orders. The other 60 odd were salvaged. Maybe only 40~ were sent to website orders and the rest later? But considering you ordered on the 2nd as well, idk. What time? Mine was around noon.

      They should be changing standard Shipping to Expedited shipping as an apology.

        @Canberran: Dell are fairly notorious for having wildly inaccurate ETA's. Either early or late. If I were you I'd call them up again (customer care line) for a more accurate answer. I'm sure you'll get a different person on the line.
        
        From what I've seen these monitors ship via express by default. Mine was, and 2 friends AW3420DW from 2 weeks ago were both express too.
        
        PS: Don't cancel your order. It's 100% worth the wait.

      Was hoping this would arrive before Cyberpunk 2077. Even with the initial delay it was going to arrive on the day 2077 releases. Oh well…
      
      I did notice that the payment I made with Paypal had a 'pending' status until today. Not sure if this is normal or if it has anything to do with the delay.
      However, I checked my bank account and no funds have been withdrawn yet.

        Side note: their support line is the worst. To get to customer care you need to go to reception and I've been hung up on 10 times in an attempted transfer. Also they all speak so softly!! Sighhhhh

Most likely never going to shop with Dell again after this experience.

I was probably the first person to order this monitor (Dec 2, 10:14am) and it still hasn't shipped yet.

Calling up their customer care/support number is a bad experience as well. Everyone speaks softly, no one has any ETAs or reasons why it shipped either. When I get transferred I get hung up on as it fails the transfer on their end and I have to redial and talk to a slow-talking robot again to get anywhere.
