    • Can l ask how often you shop at Coles ? I have the same offer but $190 spend for 4 weeks 20000 points 😡 yes definitely targeted my guess is the more you spend the offer increases.

      I had these offers all through lockdown 1 after each they didn’t seem to end.

        When they send me a crap offer I stop scanning my Flybuys card at Coles until the algorithm thinks I haven't gone for months. Then the offers get better!

      Yep. The Terms & Conditions usually say that it can take up to four weeks after the offer expires for the bonus points to be credited, but recently, they have all been appearing by the end of the next day.

      However, apparently their system is a bit glitchy and some people find that sometimes the points never get credited and you have to ring up Customer Service to get them sent through. You will need to wait out the four weeks before contacting them, though. (Tip: set a reminder on the deal; set a calendar reminder; or use a spreadsheet to track/confirm that your points have actually been credited.)

  • Over a weekend it can take a few days to appear, otherwise generally the next day

    Liquor land and First choice points are never regular bonus points can come on the following day other times it’s 4 weeks, l print the email offer or take a screenshot of the bonus offered print the order and make notes for the 4 weeks. Pain in the arse, that we have no confidence in the system. Liquor land customer service have always been helpful in following up, generally the points come on within a day or 2.

    I’m officially a dumb ass.
    First checkout pages asks for a “My Coles Number” which has nothing to do with FlyBuys.
    About the third page of checkout asked for your FlyBuys number

  • Bought a bottle of Tanqueray Sevolle Gin on the 3rd and it is only showing 55 points.
    No bonus points, same for my FC purchase.
    Should i follow up or wait for a couple of weeks ?

        I just spent 33 minutes on hold then got told that they can see the transaction but I’ll need to wait up to 6th January for these bonus points before calling back.

          I just rang Flybuys (after waiting for 25 mins on the line) and they said they will investigate the case but it may take up to 10 business days.

                How long did you have to wait for?

                My call only went for a minute but the waiting time is nearly 30 mins. They really should consider receiving missing points claim over email or app.

                  It's not in the transaction history but my total balance has gone up ~2k

          • @foxes28: I just called again (11 min wait this time). I told them about the promotion so they didn’t think I was talking about the standard points.

            They just asked for the order number and said they’ll look into it and add the 2000 points within 5-10 business days.

            It’s looking like you have to call them or you won’t get the points.

                I just got my 2000 points today. It’s showing as Liquorland Direct, Call Centre Adjustment
