    Please post up if your purchase does not track. I get tracked on standard cashbacks but have missed the last two upsized deals.A lot of others are reporting the same on these upsized cashback deals from SB.

    • Mine tracked fine had to disable Ad block and got my 22% back and also the store 10% off worked fine for me

        I have a clean edge browser with no blockers (my firefox i run with tracking and ad blockers).

        When using the refund sites I go through my clean browser and never have had a problem.

      Never have one track with both ShopBack and CashRewards (3 in total) - now resorted to taking screenshots of everything and they still refuse to honour - its a con

    I have had the same experience for the last 3 deals - only the base 2000 points tracked

    I called flybys but couldn't wait 30 mins on gold

    I was going to hold off on future purchases as I had 9000 points not confirmed

      What does flybuys have to do with shopback?

    • Flybuys has been pretty terrible of late. Alot of points not being given. If you wait on hold for 30 minutes they just say they will look into it and sort it out in 7 days or call you back.

    I've always had the upside cashbacks track fine with CR and SB. I use Chrome and desktop. Always logged in pre clicking link.

    Amazon deals seems to always track at 0% but I can never tell what category anything is in anymore.

      yeah, it tracked fine every time for me too, except these first-choice and liquor store deals. So technically everything works as it should, they just decided to decline some of the payments. "adblockers" and "vpns" are just a nice fairy tail

    I've had several Cashrewards / Shopbacks not track over the past few weeks, usually with the 20% discounts. Lodged a few claims but all they've told me is that they'll follow it up (with First Choice for example) but it will take the full 3 months as normal at which point you've lost interest / forgot about it anyway.

    • it is pointless, I'm pretty sure SB gets their commission but don't wanna pass it to us.
      Their usual bot (from Debra) reply is "We have investigated and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the Cashback along to you."

      Expect the same to this as well, hence the neg.

    Can you use Flybuys to pay and still get cashback?

  • Travelling interstate over the festive period so used this offer to pick up at a local store in over a weeks time.
    Called the store to let them know I wouldn't be picking up until after Christmas and all was good.

    this won't track so i wouldn't bite, all shopback deals above $10 hasn't been tracked for me, which ironically almost all of them are alcohol purchases so is this.

    For cashbacks of mere cents, yes it does so it's really can't be something that i do wrong.

  • Been six hours and still no tracking.

  • I also advise to calculate the amount owing based on (gst free). Check once paid that you receive actual amount. I have found on my last two that they underpaid by $4 + out of the $25 owing. Apologies were made by SB and correct amount then paid……
    Appreciate the cashback but not that it's underpaid nor having to chase it which I do in principle. I suspect many wouldn't hence SB gain.

      And then when it became redeemable it went to $0

      I only noticed by pure coincidence when I was looking at past transactions

      I haven't raised a dispute yet but I will be very very annoyed if they said, too late or too old

This is because the store needs to carry out a number of internal checks on your cashback eligibility, which may include reviewing cooling-off periods, item exchanges or transaction changes, and ultimately ensuring that their analytics attribute the sale to Cashrewards.

    Kindly disregard the Estimated Approval time frame marked against your transaction as this does not apply when querying a transaction with a store.

    I would also like to share with you that the top tips for ensuring your cashback tracks are to avoid coupons and loyalty discounts, remove any adblockers, have a single tab open while shopping and avoid marketing material on the websites of the store. Placing your order within 3 hours of clicking on Cashrewards is also important.
