I need to sell my kidneys first

    • I'm afraid that may not fetch enough still - outsourcing to India you see, can be a terrible thing.

  • You can spare one but not two

Better of trying to get these from Amazon, some seller ship internationally and still works out cheaper. The RRP's here are more of a Rip and Run Price

    • i thought about that too, but how does warratny work? I mean wouldnt the shipping costs too much?!

    • Don't forget the those in Amazon are only works on 110VAC so you need a step-down transformer. I have checked those in HK, they work on 240VAC but the price is almost the same as here….

  • hey Rep,

    3 questions:
    1. there are quite a few that says contact for a price, what happens to those?
    2. there some which is a "sale price", do the code still take 30% off those?
    3. my wife is going overseas late jan, can i get the receipt in her name and dated later (say late/early Jan)?

    thanks

  • you can use the Secretsanta code to reduce the rrp and some units on sale
No need to call just use the code.

  • You need to consider warranty ect. These come with 3 years Australian warranty from the Auth Australian importer backed by denon and marantz . Imports you will need to send back overseas. The RRP is not the price once the code SECRETSANTA is used. Also models overseas may not be 220v. Just consider .

  • Wanting to get SR6005 or SR6006 but the code does not work on SR6005. $1190 tag for SR6005 is not attractive at all, Hardy Normal sells the same price.

  • The sr6005 is a discontinued model and discs are only applied to current models .

  • Coupon doesn't work on the Marantz NR1602.

  • Ok will fix the 1602 shortly

  • nearly all the amps are "call for best price". Sorry, call for best price is not a bargain.

This is a coupon please read.

If you listed all the receivers with their price after the coupon I might be interested.
This just seems like an advertising scam.
    I'm after a NR1602. I can already buy one for $895.
If you can beat that I'd call it a bargain, otherwise…

  • Coupon code "SECRETSANTA " is not valid. This is the response received when I tried a Denon AVR4311 receiver. Looking for a deal under $1800. If anyone is looking for deals on receivers, check this out:
    http://www.220-electronics.com/receivers/220_volts_audio_vid…

  • The denon avr 4311 and marantz nr 1602 both work
please try again. Again these are Australian stock with 3 years
Warranty in Australia . You cannot compair with asian imports

  • All Denon receivers are Asian Imports. The factories where they are made are in Asia.
Must be third time lucky. Having pasted the SECRETSANTA into the coupon area twice with no success earlier tonight, it now works. Thank you for fixing the problem. However, your price is still far too expensive at $2500 for the AVR4310.

http://www.220-electronics.com/receivers/220_volts_audio_vid… sell genuine Denon receivers at value for money prices. Are you suggesting that we Australians should pay more for our electronics than consumers in other countries? The approach of "You cannot compair with asian imports" is what we would expect from Gerry Harvey. Give us deals that are competitive and yes we are going to compare with prices paid in other countries, especially when they work on the same voltage. Just as we can buy travel insurance, we can buy insurance to cover repairs or just take the risk. Are you suggesting that there is a high failure rate on Denon receivers?

  • No. Just we all have choices . Some prefer to buy locally at the
Best price a local store could offer. We cannot compete with overseas import prices but we do offer 3 years back up Australian warranty
on parts a labour at service centres across Australia with no need to
send the units back overseas costing 100s of dollars back and forth.
These are not low voltage units so care is needed. Im not saying do.not import but we are selling local units and working in these
contraints . Nearly all customers buying receivers from us ask if they are covered by local warranty and not grey imports. Still very important to most consumers we deal with.

  • This "SECRETSANTA" is still not working correctly. I tried "SECRETSANTA" on the denon avr4310 and received a response "SECRETSANTA is not valid".
Is this listing just advertising or do you really have some deals to offer us?
