10 Tenders for $10 @ KFC via Mobile App

2880

There was a targeted ad campaign for 10 tenders for $10 on Facebook and Instagram (screenshot if the link doesn't work). Note that this completely skips the targeted nature of this deal - using this deal without being targeted could be considered unethical.

The deal link only works on a phone with the KFC app installed.

As this was meant to be targeted, there is no official kfcau.app.link URL for this offer.

  • Ok, I finally got it working just had to update Firefox haven't updated it in 1.5 years. After that I could see the "Open IN" in the Firefox toolbar menu.

I also got it worked by installing the "Open Link WIth" App in the play-store and sending the URL to that app.

  • Not letting me check out with any of the payment methods at any local store.

  • Link dead now?

      nope, just worked for me.

      • yep, you're right, you need to choose "open in another app" then kfc app will pop up with the offer

  • Any original recipe fam here?

  • You need KFC app set as a default application first of all and then make sure it is preset to redirect to the APP not the website/webpage, need the APP!!!

Bit of a funny story with this. My missus is
video showcasing her new bags in her wardrobe, and at the end of the video you hear me saying "sh1t, hack, 10 tenders on the KFC app". The whole family just cracked up at me laughing when my missus replayed the video and discovered it on there.

    Open KFC app>Order now>Select your local store>Build your own bucket>Add chicken>12 tenders 3 dip sauce for$11.95
    11.95/12=0.996 per piece

    • Need to order 3 items from the list on my app, in VIC

      • You are right mate. But it still bargain once the promotion ended.

  • Can anyone that works/did work at KFC confirm that they often don't use real tenders, but instead just cut up chicken breasts? The actual tenders when I do get them are awesome but so often they're just bland/tough small strips.

    • Worked at KFC 10 years ago.
Tenders arrive in separate bags from the actual chicken pieces. We simply have to coat them in the secret herbs and spices then cook them.

Also if you wanted to know, The gravy is literally made from all the crap/oil/dredges that fall to the bottom of the pressure cooker and we have to scoop it up at the end of the shift when we clean the oil. Grossed me out the first time but still love the taste.

fat is flavour, made just like you would cooking the gravy from a roast - scrape the crap off and add some flour and water.

still dont think each tender is worth 1$…..

  • Not available in Menai NSW

  • Cheers man. This was a wacky one because it didn’t work at first. Then it did, and right as I got to the restaurant it stopped working. I refreshed the app, even restarted my phone, nothing. But I could get it to work for another KFC. Bit of a pain to drive to the next one, but it wasn’t far and it worked. Thanks!

  • Got some for lunch today. Wasn't straight forward purchase but followed the instructions mentioned in the comments.

*on Android/Galaxy S10 via link on chrome to Mobile App, in ACT.

  • Thanks. Ordered and picked up and eaten.

  • Works through chrome on s7 edge

  • Did anybody get $4 further discount when ordering via app…??
    I did …twice now

  • -3

KFC discounts should not be called as deals, harmful and absolutely unhealthy food with too much oil and fat.

    • KFC is perfectly fine as a sometimes food

      • Like cookies?

Bought it, they gave me 12. Not complaining

  • Thanks OP

  • Bought from Lidcombe tonight and the dude at the drive through told me it's a hack and I shouldn't have done it… Got it anyway…

  • No more worky :( makes me deeply sad inside…

    • Still works for my local KFC

  • There's always the build your bucket option…

usually I buy 12 tenders x 2 for $11.95 each and One zinger fillet for $2.95 through the app..
about $27 for 24 tenders and One zinger fillet…

or $35.85 for 36 tenders… … very hard to eat it all yourself… you should see how thirsty the dogs are.. after having the left overs…

    • hope you're not serious about feeding dogs fried food….. could cause pancreatitis

bought it tonight dont think i will buy again, they are pretty small, like 2 50c coins length and taste dry, its definitely not tender, more like breast cut into pieces.

Deal just worked for me at Tullamarine (VIC) store. Tenders were fine for the price however I would never pay more than $1 each now that I’ve seen what they’re like, crazy that they normally go for $3 each!

    • +1

Yeah I was surprised. If something's called a tender I expect it to be better than a chicken finger

  • Worked fine at Enfield NSW

  • If only these weren’t so bloody oily

  • stacks with the $5.95 2-4-1 zinger offer too. love your work OP

  • +1

Just found 12 in my box - plus a couple of dipping sauces thrown in.(not sure if this usual?)

I agree with comments above that I wouldn't pay $3 each for these - but $1 is pretty good.

  • Looks like the deal is dead.

    From the link:

"This ad is no longer available"
This can happen when an ad has expired or been deleted, or when it's incorrectly categorised as an ad about social issues, elections or politics.

    • Still works for me. Could depend on your local.

      • How are you getting it to work when both the link and advertisement that you need to open the app & register the deal have both been removed ?

        • Link to the app still works. I was signed in, opened link in app and deal went through. I can upload proof if you want (ordered at 6pm).

  • Deal still works, click the OP link on mobile phone and have the app installed

  • Still works
