I've been travelling a lot and buying a lot of gadgets over the years from different countries and I need a surge protector that has sockets which are able to accept not only the AU plugs, but also UK/US/Asian ones as well. I can add individual adapters to each socket, but that's a lot of work and just increases the connections to the board. I have not come across one that has multi-country sockets built in. Anyone?

i got a universal adapter from meritline.com a while back when it was on special for $1.99 http://www.meritline.com/all-in-1-universal-power-outlet-hom… . build quality was good, probably put some electrical tape over the unused pins to be extra safe.
I've got something similar already, in fact, I've got a few of these, that's why I need a proper surge protector board that will allow me to plug the devices in directly rather than keep using these.
plug an extension board into the universal adapter. plug your devices into the extension board.

Something like this would be acceptable but the site has no prices unfortunately.. a full suite surge protector board would be better, but I would even take one of these if I can get hold of one!
Yes we have a few here, will try and get time to check the maker, very handy when people come from overseas.
