      How could they guarantee that for 12 months when it depends on your usage? If you smashed it all day everyday, of course it will degrade faster. Not sure if you'd expect to be able to return in that instance?

        The issue is that they did not explicitly state the period, so I asked.

        One place I saw had a 3 month battery guarantee. I think six months is common for new ones. Their implied 12 months did seem too good to be true.
        I've not heard of a zero-month guarantee before :-)

          The battery degradation depends on your using and charging habits so don’t think seller can guarantee that.

    may we know the list of those 72 points ?
    just a suggestion you should make a youtube when doing it on one or two sample phones. kind of demonstration why one have passed and one is not …
    how you measure the battery… and how we can test it at home for example….
