andylch was right. I was very quick off the mark to buy one and only those stores were showing to swap for initially. I came back to check this morning and all cards are available to swap.

Check the page carefully, you can find it with a "+" sign.
Strange my email says "Enter the unique promotional code below at the checkout to redeem" but below that it's blank, no picture or code where it should be..

That's cos it's a dud code. If it was already used it would say "This code has been redeemed already."

Can you use Coles Gift MasterCards as a payment method on Prezzee? I’ve tried using two different $100 Coles Gift MasterCards, but I’m getting errors saying that the payment processor rejected it.
you can use Visa 1 as payment, but not sure with Coles Mastercard

I think Prezzee's payment system is down. Payment by credit card and Paypal both fail for me.
Stripe is failing it due to suspect fraud.

Coles MC GC worked just now. Hit and miss. It was OK when I purchased the DJ GC, but failed with this purchase after a few hours on that day.
It was OK in the beginning. I have 3 accounts and some failed later.

@AstonSingh: None either. I paid by PayPal, maybe that’s a problem. Sent them a message within the app and they replied stating it would arrive in 3 hours. Nothing arrived so I have emailed them again.
@AstonSingh: It is Paypal. I use CC directly without any issues. 5 purchases done, including DJ GC bonus.

I had actually purchased the DJ GC as well and paid using a CC. That additional GC came through instantly.

Same here. Bonus missing. Added the code, it confirmed that I added the code by stating "Mother's Day Bonus……$10AUD" and then I paid by Paypal. So maybe likely to be a payment by Paypal issue.
I've already contacted them and they came back telling me I did not add the code. I responded telling them I did, but nothing back yet.
@tobinm: Took a few goes with customer care but was able to get the bonus $10 by supplying my personalised coupon code along with order number and invoice number. Apparently they may have had an internal issue which was escalated to engineers, so maybe mention that if you're still having difficulty.
@tobinm: Paid with PayPal. Also did not get the $10 gift card. They said I didn’t use the promo code which is untrue because i did and I have a screen shot of my order as proof.
Same issue, code was added and paid by paypal, Unfortunately they keep telling me code was not added. I don't trust Prezzee anymore.

Got this deal, used the virtual $100 mastercard from the Nissan Duke test drive to buy $110 bucks worth of gift card for $100
cant seem to pay for the gift card using any of my credit cards or paypal on wifes account . it keeps on declining them all saying their partner declined it to protect them from fraud. has anyone encountered this before and know a way around it?
If you haven’t done so already, I’d recommend contacting Customer Care, as they should be able to raise a request with the payment provider to fix this issue on your behalf.
usually happens with a new account. just have to let it lapsed a few weeks/months and grab the next offers.
