Amazon Prime Day 2021: June 21-22

The event dates have now been confirmed on Amazon.

Prime Day will be coming earlier than usual this year. Last year, it happened on October 13 - roughly 8 months ago - and there were some good deals.

According to Bloomberg, reports are that Prime Day will be held on June 21 & June 22.

Amazon's page is displaying Prime Day is coming.

Mark your calendars and get your wallets ready. June will be a pretty hectic month with EOFY sales as well

Yeah so far this sale sucks :(

  • Bit disappointed, saw something from Soundpeats on sale at 2am, said price ends in 1 day. Go to purchase it at 8am and the sale is gone. Product is still in stock. Seems some are only for sale when the bulk of people aren't awake to buy at the discounted price, but the vendor can still say they participated with a good price.

They probably also only allocate a certain number of stock just for the sale. (Not the entire stock)

    no mx master 3?
    SAD

    • Amazon removed their listing for MX Keys too..

Disappointed Reolink appears to have jacked up their prices for Prime Day.

    Totally lame - overhyped.

  • Grabbed a 4k fire stick for our 2nd TV. Tempted to get some 4k movies but have bought plenty this year and not watched many, so will do my best to resist.

Yeah, I made a wish list of stuff sold and shipped by Amazon AU, but many of the prices went slightly up for Prime Day, not down.

  • Bought so far; Johnnie Walker Double Black $48, 6X 1L Palmolive body wash $25.50, 5X Nerf Ultrablaster + 20 ultradart re-fill $39.41, 2X Viva paper towel $24, Quilton 3ply 45 rolls $16.

    I just found a saving of… -$4.04???.

That 6 pack of Dickies socks just came down to $7.53 for me! That's a bargain!

  • Phuq me at the hard drive prices ? needed some for my nas

    • Blame it on Chia farming

  • Poor sale

  • Particularly boring sale from Amazon :(

  • As expected a massive disappointment. Only bought a few household essentials/consumables. What a joke after all that hype, TV marketing and even sky writing in Sydney.

    • Agreed. Why all the hype to just have the same old stuff on sale. I’ve spent a bit of money but it’s nothing that hasn’t been on sale over the last 3-4 months.
      Why bother advertising it?

  • +2

Well that was bad, mostly china junk and not very large discounts on anything good.

Very, very poor offerings. Got Airpod Pro's last year for $250. Items up for "lightning deals" this year had been cheaper even a matter of weeks ago.

Got some Coke for $2 off a regular Coles sale. Saved $1 on Popcorn. Another $2 on Toilet Paper.

    Big woop. Very disappointed.

  • Sounds like another ebay plus sale now

  • Yeah disappointing

  • +1

This year was a total disappointment outside of receivign a price errored item being honoured the rest was rather medicore.

Did see the Roborock S5 Max at $499 which was a great deal but got one last year already.
