        The guy that spread it originally came from quarantine in SA. He was fine until he entered the quarantine hotel there and caught it from another quarantining person by simply opening the door to his room. The tests were negative until he got to Melbourne. And the gift that keeps on giving spread from there. Unfortunately he had the more virulent Indian strain and was a super spreader unlike the NSW cases where the infected people were not able to pass on covid19 as easily as here.

        Not Victoria’s fault. But really no one’s fault except for Scotty from Marketing. Because they are relying on hotels and hotels are not medical facilities designed to handle airborne transmissions. Facilities like Howard Springs should have been setup last year. But Scotty was prepared to let the States suffer with lockdowns and people becoming infected because he thought it was cheaper than building dedicated facilities. Lives do not matter to this Government. 😞
