These aren't too bad, good seller and brand for James estate. Have got a few mixed reds in the past (last order special red and white mixed $58 delivered so seems ok, but winter warmers was best for $49 last year- was 85$ but got 36$ off somehow)
I bought a dozen last time. Not good but not terrible either. Worth the $3 a bottle or whatever it was.
These ones are probably better, bit of variety. $79 down to $62

I would not touch anything coming from just wines. I have previously received wine made from grapes in the bushfires which taste like an ashtray. Old "corked wine" which was rancid and on all 3 occasions the wines I have bought have been "undrinkable". Even there adverts flog "aged pinot noir" which is code for well past it's prime.
Been a while since any wines are sold with corks.
Agree not the best but for $3-4/bottle you'd be hard pressed to find something better.Your dead right about the Corks. If you buy a "premium" dozen from just wines you'll get their corked 2011 Australia felix sagrantino plus an assortment of imported corked wine. When you go to food bank and see all the food donations from companies of products that they couldn't sell, well just wines is the food bank of the wine marketers.
Cool what else do you suggest for cheap but (reasonable/drinkable) wines? Guess have to look out for specials. I don't like how naked wines lock you in and doesn't end up all that cheap, some aren't much better either. Heard decent things about vinomofo, probably don't drink enough to join clubs and stuff, just the odd case of 12.

Sounded good when I read of Dan Murphy's price. Then checked my amateur ratings of wines and noted that 2 James Estates' wines coming from previous just wine's packages both being poor (Lost Lane Cab Franc 2017, and Last Man Standing Merlot 2015)
Only the first glass or two is rough, what do you want for 3-5$ a bottle lol. You usually get what you pay for :)
Went against my instinct, bought 12 bottles and opened one just now. Absolutely awful as a shiraz. Want to pour the rest down the sink but most likely end up drinking it and thinking why am I drinking this rubbish when I work so hard.
Good only as a party drink, just to get drunk!
Could just use it for cooking?
Agree don't think I'll get those eBay wines again, and eBay plus runs out in a mont so probably won't bother with it again.
