    yeah done that, tried resetting the network settings too (general - reset - reset network settings)

      So can you make calls and receive them? With the sim you have inserted (boost)

      Have you then checked your boost account to see if these calls are registered on the boost account.

      You may need to check your apn. These might not update given both are Telstra

        it's registering the data in the boost app. i took out my boost sim and put in a genuine telstra sim and it changed from belong to telstra #staysafe instantly. i put my boost sim back in and it … stayed as telstra #staysafe.

          @[Deactivated]: So it’s only a display issue, probably will update itself. My boost shows Telstra wifi call

  Have you double checked you have the correct sim card in?
