Anyone know where to get cheap salmon sashimi in Melbourne? I used to buy from Melbourne Seafood Market for around $24/kilo but it looks like they died. I don't mind buying in bulk.

Sashimi isn't something to cheap out on…
Side of salmon at Costco is about $32/kg and sometimes has specials. It’s always great quality. I have some sashimi then freeze the rest in portions for cooking.
Otherwise try Vic Market? If you’re buying the whole fish they usually will give a deal.
I don't mind buying in bulk
How much of that stuff do you eat? It's good, but it might not be good to eat stacks of it because of possible mercury poisoning.
