Ian Scuffs $26.70 Delivered (Was $89) @ UggAustralia via BuyAussieNow

17512

Mens sizing here - https://www.buyaussienow.com.au/ian-scuffs-mens

Been watching for these to drop down below $30 as the ones I purchased in this deal 2 years ago have started to wear through at the heel. Great price for Australian made sheepskin slippers and I've been really happy with mine. Some people had some QC issues with theirs which I think got resolved by the company but at this price I reckon it's worth a roll of the dice.

Couple other items on sale as part of their 70% off promo on BuyAussieNow, these would be my other pick…

Bondi 3/4 boots $72.30 (Was $241)
https://www.buyaussienow.com.au/bondi-3-4-boots-mens

Updated with stacked 30% off coupon code, thanks @cathyrocks !! You rock!
Looks like OZB30 code has been pulled

Edit - looks like they've just added all stock to the deal.

    • Same question, was about to buy some.

  • Are these ones soft wool or scratchy wool?

  • only grey discounted for me

  • Read this in the "Shipping and Return Policy" section

"We offer one exchange of size with postage covered by Ugg Australia. Any additional change of size requires the postage to be covered by the customer."

    Not Bad…

  • +1

How do you clean this one?

  • Nice share OP.
    Got one.

  • +2

Sounds like there is some incorrect charging issues going on. cbf with the potential hassle otherwise decent deal.

    • all fixed now and anyone inconvenienced will be sorted out

      • Just went to put an order in but there is no information whether its US/UK sizing, a size chart, true to size or not. My last order of uggs elsewhere were too small so dont want a repeat of that.

  • +1

    Any code working?

    • -2

70% off is already below cost. no further discount can be offered.
This is the cheapest you will ever find Ugg Australia

  • Thanks OP bought one.
Looks like only the chestnut colour has W size > 8.

  • I assume everyone else is finding the Bondi Men’s Boots in larger sizes aren’t being correctly discounted?

Price jumps from $72.30 to $168.70 from size 9 and above… it says it is still 70% discounted but it clearly isn’t working.

Buy Aussie Now, any chance I’d fixing this or commenting to confirm there is no discount?

    Thanks.

    • +1

      yes we will fix this

      • Amazing. Thanks.

How roomy are the Bondi boots? My feet are exactly 28.5cm… so US12. Should I go a size larger or will they be ok?

  • +1

bummer these were cheaper than the 'Made By Ugg Australia' ones by the actual manufacturer.

    • ive been told same company just a different label.

  • +1

Pulled the code and charging people incorrectly, not worth the hassle for me.

    • +1

To be fair.. with the code its probably below cost.. this is still a really good price for australian made merino

      • +3

thanks for the support buckethat, sunproof we are doing our best. you wont find these cheaper anywhere else, we did have a system issue but will make it right.

  • Anyone know long is this gonna be on for? Not sure what size my mum is and she's asleep

    • +3

      will be on tomorrow.

      • awesome, thanks for the quick response

  • Associate can you fix price on brown mens 3/4 boots size 11 please? Jumps up.

  • Hi Rep - I really wanted the Bondi mens but they had the higher price so I went Tidal instead. If you are updating the pricing today would it be possible to alter my order?

  • I just bought a pair US 11 (UK / AU 10). They were available in all colors. No code needed.

  • Why do these always end up expanding till the point of being unable to use them :( these usually only last 1-2 years for me before they become too big

    • glad to hear that because i received mine today and too tight width wise

  • Hmmm just ordered the wrong size. Nice

  • Thanks op bought some

  • Do the scuffs fit slightly larger by any chance? I'm 14 so just missed out.

  • Any other referral link please? Another code?

    OZB30 is not working.

  • Thanks for all the support and the post.
There is about 500 pair left for this deal and then it will be marked sold out.

    • Any news on the Bondi 3/4 Men’s Boots in larger sizes that aren’t being correctly discounted? I don't want to miss out on purchasing a pair of Uggs…

  • How's the sizing of these? If I'm a half size should I go up or down a size?

    • I would go down half the size because the wool packs down over wearing time.

  • Thanks OP, bought some :D can’t wait! Hopefully it arrives soon

  • Bought a couple pairs. Thanks for the post.

Sizing chart on every product page btw…

    • I don’t see the AUS sizes on that chart, am I missing it?
I don’t have the feet in question in front of me.

  • I’d like a women’s 8 AUS. What size slip on / scuff is that please?
(I assume the fluffy wool packs down as you wear them.)

  • Showing Bondi mini $72.80 delivered. Is this correct, and is the payment system fixed yet for this?

  • +1

No sign of it being dispatched yet. How long will it take?

  • +2

Are they getting dispatched soon? Purchased mine on the 15th, no updates since the order confirmation.

    • I'd like to know when there being dispatched as well. I purchased early on the 15th. I have an account, and it's showing my order status as processing.

    • +1

Same here. Ordered 2 on 15th and another 1 on 16th and now the store rep has gone missing, but active on other deals. I sent email & PM but no reply.

  • made a purchase for these slippers on the 15th and ive not received any emails / any information regarding my purchase
I do not have an account with these guys either so im quite unsure howto proceed to the buy Aussie now team are you able to assist?

    • I'm assuming they've gotten inundated with orders with 10k clicks on this post and also with the lockdown in Vic (warehouse is in Laverton). Have you tried submitting a request through the help centre on the Buy Aussie Now site? https://buyaussienow.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

      • yeah i just did so before seeing this funnily enough. did manage to find my order code though thankfully so will wait and see for a response. although id expect to get at least an automated email to confirm my order was received and details were correct etc

      • Ultimately, while there is a very small chance for coronavirus to be transmitted via packages or mail carriers, it's highly unlikely

  • I sent a PM advising my coupon code wasn't honoured and the rep promptly responded saying they'd fix it up Friday, Monday latest. I've not heard anything since…

  • Still stuck on processing order here as well (ordered on the 16th). Did receive an automated email confirming my order though… Bit worrying that the rep has gone MIA on us and we haven't received any info on the delays.

    • +3

sorry team, we have been crazy busy. All orders are being prepared. we are experiencing very high volume. please be patient.

  • +2

I ordered a pair on 16th, got an AustPost email this morning saying my order from Ugg Australia is being prepared.

  • All prices have been back to normal now…

  • Ordered on the 17th and got a auspost notification today saying item being processed in facility :)

  • Ordered on the 18th and got the following saying that I should get mine by 8 Aug:

Thank you for your recent order from Ugg Australia.

This email is to provide you with an update on your Ugg Australia order. Due to the overwhelming support of people like you and the current covid restrictions in Victoria, there will be some delays.

  • need help… It shows 89$ to me!!! is it out of stock

    https://www.buyaussienow.com.au/ian-scuffs

  • is this genuine or fake Ugg?
As far as googling tells me, the real Ugg dropped the 'Australia' in Ugg Australia several years ago, and no longer made in Australia (?!)

    • +4

The Ugg brand name was trademarked in the US in the early 90s by an American corporation (Deckers) when they bought a small business from an Aussie surfer selling ugg boots in California. There’s nothing real about Chinese made Ugg’s from an American company and they’re a joke no matter how many trendy brands they collab with or influencers they sponsor. Australian made from Australian hides is about as real as an Ugg can get.

      • +1

As long as the quality is as good or superior I dont care tbh. Plus if it supports aussie economy n workers rather than elsewhere, that's already a plus.

  • Ordered the Ian Scuffs on the 16th and they arrived today.
    Great quality. Would buy again.
    Thanks op.

  • all over right - certainly for me when I tried it. How do we get it marked as expired (apologies, I am an ozbargain dimwit)

    • Just did it for you :) just need to report it as an expired or sold out deal :D

      • +1

many thanks - now I know what to do

  • Ordered on 16th - arrived today
Ordered on 15th - no update until today

  • How long does it take to process an order? I ordered on 15/07 an it's still "processing".

    • I will get these sent this week coming, sorry for delay.

      • Hi Rep, please send my order ordered on 15th July too. I'm moving home in 2 weeks time. Been trying to contact you via PM, email, etc, you didn't reply.

      • I ordered on the 15/7 as well. Still have not been shipped. Please chase up as this is ridiculous.

  • I ordered on 16th July and received today (24th Jul). But, the logo in the footwear is not the same as the one displayed in the website. The logo tag states "MADE BY UGG AUSTRALIA" (in front of the tag) and "MADE IN AUSTRALIA" (behind the tag). Plus the colour scheme of the logo is blue, red and cream.

Can someone confirm if the pair you received had the same logo as described above? If so, why is it different from the one in the website. Plus there is another tag attached to the shoes stating the same "MADE BY AUSTRALIA" logo in white paper and below it it states "MADEBYUGGAUSTRALIA.COM.AU" - this website does not exist. So, I'm wondering if buyausienow has sent me a fake version or not?

    • Hi There, sorry for the confusion. I can assure you there is no fakes being sent. I was actually the Sales Manager of Ugg Australia for 7 years prior to working with Buy Aussie Now.
Exactly the same shoes, same quality, same manufacture just the tag on the side is different to picture bc of availability of tags during covid.

  • I ordered on the 16th, no update with shipping etc. Any updates rep?

    • Same here still waiting no email updates or any type of correspondence yet

  • Same here still waiting for an update.

  • +2

Very very disappointed with the customer service. The Rep seemed very responsive when posting deal / receiving the orders, but as soon as the deal is over, he's just disappeared. It's my 1st order and would be my last order too. No response on email & private message. No phone number to call.

    • To be fair there have been back to back deals with 10,000 clicks on each from this store. In the other deal old mate literally had to hire 6 people just to pack jerky. I wouldn't write them off just yet - you would want to hope they learn what OzBargain is capable of though.

      • +3

Yeah but having people say they ordered 3 or 4 days after you already receive their packages and you havent even got an update email is odd, seems like theyre shipping new orders beforw old orders.

  • +1

Ordered on July 15th. Have not received any updates since…
Looks like I'm not the only one either.

    • sorry team, we are sending all orders ASAP.
We are very sorry for all the delays, we have sent emails.
Sorry for anyone who hasnt received one. We are not trying to hide from any issues.

      • Haven't received any notification either.. also purcahsed on 15th. Any idea when I can expect my orders to get dispatched?

      • Thanks for your Sorry Op,
What is ASAP, is it delivering who ordered recently and forget about the early purchases or ignoring the one’s who used Ozb 30% discount which was used on 15th.

        • I ordered 2 pairs on 15th and didn't use the coupon and still no update. Decided to order another pair on 16th and it's already delivered. Can't understand their work arrangement in responding to the orders.

      • Hey rep,
I still haven't received an email ab out my order since my confirmation, can you have a look at it?

  • I submitted a ticket and got this response:

They are delivering the orders from 16th and onwards.Looks like they may be short on stock for the people who ordered on 15th including the ones who used 30% OZB discount as plenty of buisiness completed afterwards.

    • Makes no sense, literally seems like theyre shipping new orders before the old orders placed. No idea how people who have ordered on the 18th have gotten their delivery but people who ordered on the 15th havent even got an update

    • I ordered on 15/7 and didnt use the 30% discount and still havent received anything.

  • day 13 - still no tracking details on my shipment… W T F

  • got email today from Auspost stating we are preparing for delivery.

    Thanks
