  Must really want a ps5 exclusive. I don't even think I'd recommend a ps4 pro on 'the cheapest 40inch tv'.

Cheap TV that you can return easily for a refund….. Only one place I know and it's Aldi. In NSW get their catalog as they have a 40" TV for $329 on 24-July-2021. NO idea if this meets your "run smoothly" criteria as any TV will run smoothly, but if you want 120HZ refresh rate then you will need an expensive proper computer monitor compared to this price.

I get bad eye strain on Tv… much better on a Computer monitor
