Get in before this gets ozbar… daigoubargained…

    • Not sure why you got downvoted for telling the truth.

      • +4

Because no daigous is literally the reason these are on sale all the time now.

  • For a 2+ year old is their any benefit to giving formula over cows milk?

    • -2

Yes… there is…not necessarily to a normal child but kids with special needs

    • +1

been told that 1 year onwards better to give cows milk - the extra fat helps develop the brain (by child nurse and also on the whattoexpect

And here’s something to moo about: cow’s milk, which should replace formula at a year and be introduced even if you’re breastfeeding — the extra vitamin D is something your growing tot needs.

    • +2

      No benefit after 12 months..

    • +1

      No.

  • These are the last of the French batch. Next lot is from Switzerland.

    • I see no issue with this, both are highly respected European union countries with extremely high standards?

      • We had issues with the new formula. Constipation etc. Moved to other brand with no issues.

Are they even in date or expired

  • Gives me 29.99 when I add to cart? I added Supreme 2?

  • Nan Supreme 2 got ozbargained

  • They have got newer version . coles and woolies got rid of them few weeks back.

  • "FREE delivery on first order."

Get the daigou on their first hit, make money on the repeat sale delivery fees later.

  • Just note that you really shouldn't be giving formulas stage 3 and above as there's more sugar and less nutrition. Best to stick to stage 1 / 2 as it's more of the good stuff anyway

    • What's the "good stuff"
And what's wrong with the child getting sugar?

      • +3

Personal preference I guess, i suppose it is better than juice or soft drinks. Good stuff as in nutrients and vitamins as they can't really muck around with newborn formulations but since 3+ is unnecessary then it's more like a filler drink. All nurses/child health nurse I've been to says don't give 3+, either stick with 1/2 or give cows milk.

        • Interesting, cheers mate.

  • I wonder why amazon doesn't sell the Nan comfort Stage 1 formula. The Supreme variant doesn't go down well with my kid

    • +1

They used to before they changed the formulation. They were clearing it out at $13, should have figured they were getting rid of stock and bought more but was too late when they announced it. We switched to Karicare (on Amazon as well) and it's been good so far

      • Yes, I have seen a lot of complaints about the new formula but my kid still seems to take it well compared to the others we tried (Nan Optipro, Nan Supreme, A2 and S20). Have not tried Karicare yet

        • +1

I switched to Karicare because they also had a lot of good reviews, a lot of mums in different fb groups I'm in switched from Nan comfort to Karicare. I only will get formula on Amazon as I like to buy in bulk, and being Asian as well, stuff getting dirty looks at the shops lol. So glad they stock it as well.
