This game has poor reviews. But it is published by the company that did Ark. The promo video's look great. For this low price, I think it is worth giving a go. Especially if you like Zombie survival games.

About this game:
In Fear the Night, you are a survivor in a world plagued with zombies. The remnants of humanity must fight to survive the zombie onslaught in this sandbox survival horror.   Maybe if you’re unsure you could first purchase and do your review. For now, I’m going to take the other reviews to say I think it’s dead (maybe you did purchase and want to build up the servers?).

  “This game is dead. Do not buy it. You will get lucky if you see 1 or 2 players on a server. This game could have been something… but obviously its been abandoned. No new updates in months. I did truly enjoy the game. My server had a good bunch of people who helped keep clean water and materials for the community. After months of being absent from the game, and coming to check up for any updates… I can say this game is DEAD.”

    With only 30 hours left on the sale, there is not really time to do that. I have no hidden agenda to build up server numbers, I am not affiliated with the company, I am just a game lover and saw a game that looked like a bargain.

    The multiplayer sounds dead. But it has a single player mode, which is all I expect to play.

    I have watched a few youtube reviews and it actually looks pretty good. For $4, less than a beer…. I took a punt. I absolutely love zombie survival games and I am posting for other like minded gamers. If this is not your genre, then it is probably best to skip it.

  Sounds like any other zombie survival game. It doesn't sound like it adds anything new to the table, which is maybe why it did poorly.

  This game was initially on my wishlist before it came out and I followed it for a bit to see the progress as it had potential, but there wasn't any. It's been abandoned by the devs who have a history of abandoning games in early access so don't support them.

  Besides, for this price you can grab a bundle with several good games anyway.
