  • Has anyone had any luck applying the discount on items from Baby Bunting? I've been eyeing of a Britax Graphene Car seat and waiting for this sale!

    • Same. I want some love to dream sleep suits for next year. Love them. Please let me know if the code works for anyone

  • If I pay for ebay plus today, can I use the voucher on the same day? Also, it says can only use the voucher on eBay plus items, how do I know if an item is an eBay Plus item. Thanks.

    • +1

eBay plus is not mentioned anywhere in the deal, I don't it is needed to use this code. As long as you use Afterpay.

    • +2

Voucher can not stack with any other code, so you can only choose one or another

    • Following because I was also about to ask this question, eBay plus says I can save $70 buying a laptop but unsure if I should buy the $5 monthly eBay plus and see if it will lower it with the plus discount 👍.

  • Is there a way to search just the items included? I was looking for an ipad air and laptop gtx 3070 linked page but then the code doesnt work so I think im just doing a global search.

    • Global search works better since you don't know what stores are eligible unless you try the code.

      • This is what I'm finding, can't search all applicable items directly (unless you use their stovepiped searches for categories), so having to try global and try each hit that comes up.

  • Anyone knows for any eligible Samsung EVO SSD 500gb ?

  • If I paid with afterpay and want to return the item. Is refund easy ?

    • Yes it's very easy.

All you do is contact the merchant and arrange the cancellation/return.

Let's say you've made 2 x payments to Afterpay you would generally get this refunded back into your card after a few days. This all depends on how quick they are but speaking from experience I generally get the refund after a few days from when the item has been cancelled/returned.

  • Is wireless1 or mobilecity a better vendor? Interested to buy an eufy doorbell for abt $250. Thanks

  • Any price jacking this time around?

  • Thank you OP. I was hunting for a good washer, luckily did not rush to buy from GG yesterday. Bought this https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/184966399671?hash=item2b10db46b7... for $635.80

    • +3

its an Afterpay promotion… so of course its for Afterpay customers…

      • +1

Not sure why you were downvoted for stating exactly what it is.

  • Where to get 5% off gift cards?

    • Redeem Your Gift Card sells Swap Celebration gift cards at a 5% discount (which can be swapped for eBay gift cards).

However, you have to pay a $1 processing fee for each card you purchase, plus the only payment method available is bank transfer, so it will probably take a business day after payment for you to receive your gift card.

      • Yea, i found it weird they asked for a direct debit/bank transfer… For $10 saving i cancelled it.

        • +1

          pretty common, actually.

the real catch is the "up to 24 hours" processing time… don't know when this promo is ending.

        • They are the discount gift card portal for Sunsuper, so that gave me some sort of confidence that they are legit.

I’ve purchased a (very expensive) gift card from them and it turned up the next business day, so I can attest that they are legit.

I agree it is a bit weird that it is bank transfer only, but I guess that is the trade-off you make if you want higher discount rates for some gift cards (before you take the $1 processing fee into account anyway)…

      • How much Ebay cards can I use for each a/c to hit the daily limit ?

        • +1
          • No more than a total of $1,500 in Gift Cards may be redeemed per transaction.

          • No more than a total of $2,000 in Gift Cards may be redeemed per day.

          • You may only redeem a maximum of eight Gift Cards in any single transaction (or seven Gift Cards and one voucher in any single transaction).

        • When I tried to apply a 3rd giftcard it removed the Afterpay code - not sure if that's an anomaly but just make sure you're not losing the promo discount to use more giftcards.

Dealbot is tirelessly posting up fantastic deal to save us money. Seriously think Dealbot and many other deal posters deserve some pay rise or some commission. Thinking of the buyers agent for real estate, … sigh. Dealbot does it because dealbot enjoy giving us good deal, and not motivated by any financial gain. Can't find more words to thank Dealbot.

  • I tried a Hisense TV on Bing Lee eBay but the afterpay option dim out and said "Your order must be less than AUD 2000"

    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/154566146817?hash=item23fcdc3b01...

    • Code works for me on this TV.

      Subtotal (1 item) AU $1,995.00
      Vouchers/coupons -AU $299.25
      Order total AU $1,695.75

Did you add other items to your cart?

      • My afterpay option said have to less than $2000, after $40 delivery over $2000

        • +1

Pay with $40 of Giftcards to get the AP total below $2k.

          • @Carrera1963:

Pay with $40 of Giftcards to get the AP total below $2k.

Thanks, I am just testing it out, not going to buy this TV but seems good deal for this Hisense 75" TV

            • @superforever: You can also use GC to bring it down to whatever (like below 100) - the disc remains the original 15%. Pay the 100 using AP

  • When I try and order something over $1,500 it says that Afterpay limit is $1,500. Anyway to get around this?

    • +1

Strange everybody have a difference afterpay limit, try use some gift cards.

(I don't even have afterpay account yet)

      • I think the more you use afterpay the more it increases, maybe like a credit card limit that increases how quickly and efficiently you pay it off. I started with $750 used it afew times and now it's $2000.

    • +1

Use gift card, you can even pay $1 with afterpay and the remaining by gift card.
Just opened an account this morning and got $600 limit to use

  • Nice offer. Bought some items for work, and getting them 15% off is a great bonus.

I only use AfterPay when they offer discounts.

    • Invoice should show full price (pre-discount) if you're using it for work and claim on tax too.

      • The receipt from eBay/PayPal has the post discount price on it. If the sender puts their own invoice in there (pre discount) that would be nice.

  • 6800 xt from MSI is $1699 after coupon. Too bad I bought a used 6800xt for $1600 just 2 days ago

It appears you can't use multiple merchants for the 10 items anymore but works with them 1 at a time .

    • So only work if the item is over 50 and eligible merchant?

  • Can't you purchase it from multiple retailers?

I can't use my afterpay option, therefore, the discount code can't be applied!!!
    Help!!

    • I think you can only have one seller per order - I split up my items into several orders and it went through OK.

      • sweet! thanks for the tip!

        • But beware you can only use the code 5 times

          • +1

@bird380: thanks! fortunately I used 5 times exactly!!!

      • so each item is more than $50 to be eligible?

        • per store not per item

Good deal for $250? Or the new google doorbell?

  • Sorry for the novice question, but once i have paid the first installment and given them my ccard details for it, are the next 3 payments automatic or do i need to "do" something?

    • automatic every 2 weeks by default.

    • Automatic, and AfterPay will send you warnings via SMS before they deduct a payment.

  • +2

Can confirm that using eBay GCs and afterpay works together but word of warning, the first time I tried to use GCs I only left $2 or something for afterpay and it wouldn't accept both GC and afterpay code.

I had to reduce the GC (bought some baseus USB C cable) and then when the difference was about $11, it accepted afterpay code. I read in some other thread that there's a minimum payment amount required for afterpay but not too sure what it is - it's at least $11 based on what I did. Good luck!

Any chance to see Xbox Series S for $360 with this deal again?

  • Be careful with using afterpay…
If you're looking to loans and stuff.. i'd avoid this if you can
This can limit your ability to loan and repay

    • How

    • Maybe if your borderline able to service the loan. I applied for home loan after last afterpay sale and CBA didn't speak a word of it.

    • It depends how close to the threshold of rejection you are, and how often AfterPay is used. How close and how much? Only your lender knows…

    • +1

Afterpay doesn't affect your credit rating positively or negatively unless you start missing payments… use it responsibly… like anything and its fine… i use it a lot purely to space out purchases, never miss a single payment

  • +1

JBHiFi 'price matched' the Sony X90J for me to $1,539 with free delivery. Would have been $1,526 from TGG but with $35 delivery. Paid with GCs (5% Suncorp, 3% Macquarie) and got it for $1474. 👌🏼 Didn't have to sign up for AfterPay either so that's a bonus.

    • Did you just call them to price match?

      • Yep! They originally told me delivery would be $50, but I checked out online with the link they texted and it ended up being free (maybe due to Sydney lockdown?).

Does afterpay work with more than 1 item from different sellers that offers afterpay? Edit just read the term carefully, must be some item not eligible.

    • I check each 1 by themselves and they worked . Any 2 together didn't work .
      Draw the conclusion ?

      • I only tried the ones on my watchlist with afterpay option, even though the terms say it can, there is no two items that can be added to be more than 50 to get the 15% discount. So the one item must be at least 50 to get that discount.

  • Any deals on the Asus G14 1660ti version?

    Thanks.

  • Any deal on iphone?

    • Yep (maybe cheapest ever)

  • Any idea why the coupon code wouldn't be working?

    • You should get a message with the reason it didn't work. Did you select AfterPay as payment type? Also it doesn't work on some items even tho you can choose AP.

      • It just says "this code cannot be applied to your order"
I found the item under the listings for the Afterpay deal (it's actually the apple mac air from one of ozbargains links)
Wondering if it somehow knows that my afterpay limit is $600 and the item is $1499.

        • if its for a specific deal already posted, best to ask in that deal's comment as others may have the same issue.

  • Multiple items may be purchased in 5 transactions

Looks like no more than 2 now being enforced on some of my a/c 's .
I'm glad I fired like a mad dog yesterday :)

  • Has anyone else received this error?

Sorry, we're unable to approve your order.
    Why?

Afterpay takes a number of factors into account when making a decision to decline an order and given this we do not approve all of the orders that are made on the Afterpay platform.
    What can I do?

Please return to the store of purchase and use an alternative payment method to complete your order. This doesn't mean that you won't be able to shop with Afterpay ever, we hope you will try us again in the future. Please visit our help center for more information.

    • Yes me too, maybe i purchased too much and they have a cap on the discount? Did you purchase anything before using the code?

I’m trying to see if it will work if i lower the amount to afterpay by using GC

  • I'm having trouble applying the discount code for a Nintendo Switch from Big W on eBay. Comes up with "This code can't be applied to your order." Any ideas why? I've selected Afterpay as the payment method. Thanks.

    • Just tested it on the nintendo switch and discount works fine for me. Make sure you don't have any other items in your cart from a different store as they may not be eligible. There is also a limit of 5 per eBay account for this code. So if you have already used it 5 times, you cannot use it anymore.

  • Code works for AirPods Max from multiple stores, $626.45 for Pink and then starting $630.70 for other colours depending on store and colour availability.
