    Have this LIFEPROOF for my XS that's lost 40% of the rubber edge after 12 months of use. Additionally, I have to remove it out from the case every time I want to take a photo because the protective cover causes a lot of blur (too distant from the actual camera and gets dirty/scratched quick). Pretty great for shock-absorption, though.

    $40 for a average-at-best case is a pretty crappy deal. You’d be better off getting a better quality case from Progadgets store.

      We are sure you would have your reasons for your vote however please do bear in mind that this is a branded product for a specific target market. Yes there are plenty of cheaper alternatives but probably none that offer this level of protection.
      Lifeproof is a brand owned by Otterbox.
