  These guys are hopeless contacted them online before closing time and got quick reply but sent 4 emails since last night asking them a few things and just get ignored.
  Are they always this bad?

  Used these guys recently and obviously when I placed my order through them my first payment came off as card details was already on there site.
  As it’s a payment each week I have a few questions.

  When it’s coming up to the next payment does this come off automatically or have you to do it manually pay them by various methods?

  If you have to pay them manually what’s the best and quickest options? As I’m reading some methods can take up to 5 days to be received? Is this a con to get fees from you?

  Or is the payment option on there site for extra payments?

  I do plan to pay item off quicker but not right away taking advantage of the 0% interest for now but I would like to know how they work in regards to paying and what best to use.
