            • @PissLUR: Same and they say they charge when shipping. I ordered on the 8th as was charged on Friday the 15th but no shipping notification yet. Have you asked them about it? I was about to.

              • @douglasabailey: Hi PissLUR,

We would like to apologise for the experience you’ve had with your recent order.

Please rest assure that our team are working as fast as possible to get your parcel to you. Upon dispatch, you will receive a further email to confirm, once with the carrier we expect the usual 2-3 days delivery.

We will provide further communications regarding your order shortly, so please continue to check your emails and your online account for further updates.

Thank you kindly for your patience and understanding.

                Zavvi international customer service

        • Your payment method will be complete when The Hut Group Limited completes your order. — in other words they are yet to charge my credit card (via PayPal) until they complete the order.

          • @DanielR: no this is not correct. they charge as soon as the order is confirmed.

    • I’m on the same boat.
I placed an order on 25 SEP but the order status is still pending shipment now while the est. dispatch date is 09/27/2021.

      • I ordered 25 sep and it's delivered in 2 weeks

        • Good on you, mate.
          What did you order?
          I ordered a london bus lego set…

          • @ckwatsydney: Same! London bus. Mate of mine got his delivered a month after ordering.

            Just lucky I guess

            • @marantz: I see…
              Great to know that. Cheers.

I just raised a customer service ticket to see what’s wrong with my order. Hopefully, I’ll hear from them soon.

              Thanks again, mate.

  • Thanks. Added to Collection :)

  • Why is it showing $407.50 for me

    • Have you forgotten to put the code in?

      • No. $291.99 US including shipping. Converted to Aus $ then showed $407.50. Unless PayPal has different exchange rate

        • PayPal exchange rates are a rort.

    • I used paypal with 28 card, and there is an option to let you choose currency, choose US $

  • "this lego is retiring soon"
is that real ? oh no…..

  • Is this a knock off or real?

    • Legit bro

  • Some custom agent has caught a few of my parcels ( 25 ) and is demanding item and value .

    • can you ask zavvi to produce tax invoice with the gst included?

      • Despite saying it's included at checkout, Zavvi isn't paying GST (blatantly illegal). So you'll get pinged big time if you're buying a lot.

  • Just bought one, end up paying AUD 391.21 though PayPal and changing it into currency-USD.

    • Does this elimate the currency conversion fee by doing this? Cheers

      • depends on your linked credit/debit card.

      • Westpac Bank charged 391.21 as one, so assuming included the currency conversion fee if needed. Did not receive notice of another fee.

  • More expensive than the last time it was on sale from Zavvi.
