@GeeZed: what I mean is, the terms to get cashback are that any purchase paid partial or fully by gift cards are ineligible, but you can't pay using a gift card anyway, so…..seems redundant.

Shopback tracking is way slower than Cashrewards. Why can't they learn a thing or two from Cashrewards?

Shopback is a hit and miss, especially with the challenges. Even after completing the transaction with the required amounts, the system does not track and at times one has to contact shopback for the promotional amount and wait for weeks if not months. Hope they get better with time.. fingers crossed!

Don't bother getting delivered unless you're intending to drink for Christmas. I ordered through one of these promos in September with free shipping and got it over the weekend just gone… so will do click and collect in future.

@gotyourback Could I ask a question please? I cancelled an order this morning after half hour i placed it, it was paid in full . So would it be track and then cashback get denied later? Or would it not be tracked at all? What happens if i place an order now under the one person one transaction cashback rule, will it not be tracked ? Thanks

After a number of days of not having any rebate ($25) paid to my Shopback account I disputed the First Choice transaction with Shopback. Received a reply this morning that $3.84 had been credited to my Shopback account which works out at 3% rebate the standard pct. on a $128 purchase, not what was being offered when I undertook the transaction on 3/11/2021. Has anybody else had the same experience with this deal and received a reduced rebate? I have asked Shopback to again follow through on rebate of the correct amount. Will let you know the outcome.

I think they mean the Coles gift Mastercard that you can buy in store, as opposed to Coles gift cards….I have never seen where you can apply a "gift card" to pay for the purchase anyway.
