I only need two cameras but if you need more, you can add additional cameras and still works out cheaper than the 3 ($556) or 4 camera kits ($755)!

If you want 4 cams, buy the 2 cam kit twice. Works out cheaper again ($714), plus you will have a spare Homebase 2 that you could sell off.

    You can view in real time, but obviously that drains battery.

  Very tempted, have been waiting for a deal like this.

  But now the deal is here I'm not quite sure if a battery system is a good solution.

  Twice a year recharge might not seem much, but that's probably optimistic, and as batteries degrade over time it might become a chore.

    Thanks so much for posting this!

    For those who are too lazy to read:
    There is a sync button on the camera, which when held for 10 secs, resets the camera and deletes all footage.

    So basically a thief can steal your camera and wipe the footage of them doing it.
    Absolute oversight and Eufy aren't doing anything about it/aren't acknowledging the issue other than to say it was designed that way.

    Stay away!

    The fact they are trying to sweep this under the rug is disgusting. People's camera footage and personal details were exposed to the public.

  Was Eufy the company that auto logged a bunch of AU and NZ accounts to other peoples cameras, then went 'Meh' on their response, saying just restart it?

    It was resolved within a couple of hours of the issue being posted on reddit.

    The response was not transparent as to what caused the issue and how they resolved it, they just indicated it was fixed and also advised for a restart for impacted users. Apparently only 712 users globally impacted.
